We ordered two 20 ounce smoothies. One of them didn’t taste right. When we got home, it wasn’t even the right smoothie! It’s supposed to have strawberries in it but the smoothie tasted like a vanilla protein smoothie. We won’t be back.

I’ve been coming to this location since I started working in The Colony, but lately the quality has really gone downhill. The last three smoothies I ordered were terrible—grainy, gritty, and hard to drink. At first they taste okay, but within 15 minutes to 30 minutes they leave a nasty aftertaste and even get stuck in my throat. I usually never finish them, which is disappointing since I’m spending good money here. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back for a while.

The location is clean, spacious & well maintained. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Service with a smile goes a long way.
Their drive thru looked busy with cars waiting in line so I chose to walk into the store. In-store service was fast and efficient. The sandwich and smoothie were well made and tasted great.
No reason for anything but 5 stars!

Went here to order a smoothie and the girl at the front messed up my order multiple times and told me the printer was broken so it’s going to take a while. I said it’s okay, she then comes back out 5 minutes later after i’ve already been waiting 15 minutes and asks me if i really want my smoothie that bad. I left. Extremely disappointed.
I’m extremely dissatisfied with this subpar treatment by Smoothie King and its staff, they belittled my friend and I whilst trying to order. We had to repeat our order numerous times as they were laughing and hardly paying attention. Supposedly their printer machine was broken so we sat there for 10 minutes unknowing of the situation because of the lack of communication by these workers.

They have a DRIVE THRU! Which is the best thing about it, aside from their staff. As someone who orders from them almost daily, I can hands down say this is one of the more well run smoothie kings. They're fast, efficient and always so friendly.

First time at this location and I was blown away by how welcoming the staff was. The service was much like something you’d expect from a small local business, not so much a big chain.
I didn’t catch her name, but she may have been the store manager (had a long ponytail). She gave me recommendations, I ordered one, and she offered to remake the drink if I didn’t like it!
