I’ve had consistent bad experiences here. Wrong order, not blended enough to drink through the straw, cups filled up so low it looks like they were half drank already. It’s baffling how consistently incompetent this location is. I rarely give 1 star reviews but this place worked hard for this one.

So I come here weekly, sometimes up to 3x a week. I get the same thing every time. This time I ordered a small of my regular but instead of gladiator chocolate with banana I did coffee. It was terrible. I gave it a quick sip, it was liquid... gross. I asked her if I could switch to my usual and give this one back. She told me no and I could re order a new one and pay for a new one. Just wow. It's not like I drank it and then asked for a new one. One sip! And it's not even a smoothie it's straight liquid...

Went to drive-thru to order a drink. There was one car in front of me and took them 10 min to take his order, 10 min to take my order and 8 min to have my order ready. Hire more people!!!!

Worst experience ever! I went to this location and ordered a 40 ounce Vegan Kale Mango smoothie. Right after I drank it, I threw up. I was sick the rest of the day. I reached out to see if they can make this right. I have received noresponse in over ten days. Too bad this is the closest location for me.

They always forget an ingredient and when you call to ask about it, they say they don’t remember and can’t help you anymore.A lot easier to make than at home than deal with them. I ask for a gladiator and they forgot the protein. They need better help than that odd dude with the weird earrings.
