Smoothie King Headquarters

Trying to explain to customer service that every time I’ve ordered a smoothie through the app the point for my purchase wasn’t allocated to my account. I’ve sent screenshots only for them to say that anything after a week they can’t reimburse. It’s odd because I usually give people a week to correct their errors and then submit a request for action if not done within the allocated period. All in all, I will be using all my points as a champion member and not using smoothie king from now on. I do not reward terrible customer service.

The service and app experience were horrible enough for the other location to provide the number to an actual person. The manager was nice enough but I will not do business with them again. Trying to unsubscribe is a nightmare. It is illegal not to remove customers that have requested it. I have done so over 10 times and the first time was well over a month ago. Have filed a complaint with FTC and you should to.

Smoothie king is a horrible company would not recommend.terrible customer service and when you have an issue with their service there is no help . Tried calling they’re headquarters and after ten minutes of waiting I gave up obviously they could care less about customers.Go elsewhere edit -so I contacted smoothie king feedback and again like they asked no help just a waste of time , I used to visit SK everyday but I’m done with that and by there 2 point rating I’m sure many others have to .Its just over priced trash products and trash employees

First let me say....I ONLY GAVE 2 STARS BECAUSE THE TWO YOUNG EMPLOYEES ALEX AND ISAIAH WERE VERY HELPFUL. Now I visit the 5894 US 6 Portage, Indiana location. This was my very first time trying Smoothie King and I mention that I thought 13.00 for a bowl was quite expensive, the young man Isaiah informed me that I may be able to get a discount if I download the App. So I proceeded to do so. While trying, I continued to run into errors. Isaiah tried to assist me but was not successful, after I continued to try for another 20 mins I asked another worker Alex for help, she was making a customers order and ask if she could get the manager for me. I watched as she told the manager that I needed assistance, the manager looked at me then looked back at the young lady said something but I was unable to hear and continue mobbing the floor. The Manager Abby never acknowledge me and never gave me any assistance act as if I didn't exist. I felt that it was rude and disrespectful not to acknowledge a customers needs.

Smoothie King in Snellville, Ga. does not honor the Brookwood coupons that they agreed to be on from April 2024 to May 2025. I was told that the manager decided to not take them because his discounts were too high. I think the coupons should be honored for it is the only location that can be used. I did speak with a manager Monie, because she said the store manager never comes in.

The store located in Little Rock AR is awful.
It needs to be shut down.
They lose the customer points and blame it on the app. Liars and thieves!

Have a serious look into the smoothie king store in Canton, Georgia on hickory flat. They don't pay employees (checks always bounce). They quit and owner rotates in new employees and don't pay those as well. It's a nasty circle of wrong and the owner needs to be stopped.

This store really doesn't deserve one star i wish I could give them a 0. Because I pulled up to the drive through at 3:45 pm on air port store at the loop. In mobile Alabama. They told me they were no longer taking orders. In the middle of the day like really. Please do something about this disappointed of a store. Put better management in place.

Why in God's name would they discontinue the dude perfect that was the best drink they have everything else tastes like dirty mop water

I am so disappointed in the location on Tara blvd in hampton Georgia.
This location. Tonight was very interesting the person that was there before l had already paid for his order on line but the person that making the smoothie told the man he wasn't making any more smoothie bowls keep in mind smoothie king doesn't close till 9pm we already b at 8pm that man had be sitting in that location since 745pm
We did get our smoothie till 830 pm that dame men is still in that location waiting for his bowl he already paid for.

Ok Shorewood Illinois they refuse to fill there smoothie bowls in ur picture it shows ur pitiya or acai base to top of bowl line then toppings on top I'm guessing that's u the lid is round. There bowls base and all toppings barely reach the middle of the bowl not counting lid space I feel I have been robbed multiple times here. Do u go to a restaurant order a burger get a half of a burger lol no do u order a soda and they fill it half way so u order a smoothie and it's filled half way nope. But the smoothie bowls in Shorewood Illinois u definitely will get a smoothie bowl filled half way for full price and when u ask y is it filled half way they say that's where they are told to fill it to and laugh and smile gossip with other employees about me not being happy with a half a bowl every time I get one it definitely should be half price for half of what ur paying for this place is a joke seriously people beware.

I’m so disappointed in Smoothy King. I have filled out multiple complaints trying to get my issue resolved and absolutely no response. My issue is quite simple which is why this is so frustrating. Twice now I have ordered from the Mount Juliet, TN location on my app, paid and then drove over to pick up my smoothy. They have had a sign hanging on the door that they are closed. This is during normal business hours. Then the issue is you can’t get a refund and no one from Smoothy King responds.
