Ordered 8 drinks and it took 50+ minutes, at the 20 minute mark I pressed their red button and they informed me the lemonade machine was broken. They had not started making my drinks. By the time I left my drinks had melted and I was late for school.

some crazy server reached in through the window to wipe “smudged lipstick off my face” and it was incredibly weird. this carhop literally grabbed my face and i had to awkwardly tell her to stop and she offered no apology instead acted like I was rude, and she was “just trying to help”. I even gave her a tip so this attitude is beyond me. Whoever that girl is with 0 social queues, someone needs to teach her not to touch strangers, and how to properly interact with customers or just fire her because she’s incredibly weird. This was Thursday around 1pm.

Out of all the sonics i go to around dfw and in this area, this location gets orders wrong almost every single time, be it placed by the red button or by the app. Tired of having to throw things away due to good allergies or just completely wrong. Stopped in for a quick drink this morning as they have great sugar free options to only realize once back in the road its indeed not the sugar free option I ordered.. so its going in the trash as I cant have sugars.. thanks for wasting more money in a time that we are all struggling.

Food SAME AS always, I was stunned to see the corn dogs are not on the menu , and had to ask, service is good but please tip because they pay the kids a shameful low salary as Sonics always has, I don’t know how the can pay them so low salary $8 an hour.

Worst service ever by the lady server she served the blast in form cups that were leaking and final it cracked and the blast was just all over floor. Also she didn't served the condiments that comes with mozzarella sticks and ched r cheese that we ordered.....worst place to by food i guess
