Worst service ever by the lady server she served the blast in form cups that were leaking and final it cracked and the blast was just all over floor. Also she didn't served the condiments that comes with mozzarella sticks and ched r cheese that we ordered.....worst place to by food i guess

I ordered a Reeseās Blast. Pretty sure their machine is dirty or the ice cream had gone bad. It smelled like wet dog and I stupidly tried a bite and it was bitter. Thereās no way they didnāt smell that while they were making it. Gross.

So, I ordered an ice cream sundae from Sonic. My delivery driver ate the whole thing and let me tell you, I was very sad. I mean, I get it. I would say the driver is like, super into food. I've heard people say he's more "horizontally challenged", you know what I mean? He looks like bomb from angry birds and built like him too but I couldnāt get his name. Still, that doesnāt give him the right to gobble up the sundae! Also he left me with the only healthy part which was the cherry. And don't even get me started on the whole "obesity" thing. Like, Sonic employees should be healthy, right? So, Sonic, what's the deal? Are you training your employees to be competitive eaters or something? Because if so, my exponential function delivery driver got the gold medal. But if you're actually trying to run a decent business, maybe you should teach your drivers some self-control and basic manners.

I (29F) visit this location with some frequency. The staff is wonderful, food is good. However, they have consistently forsaken my faith in them. I tend to find myself searching for my most important meal of the day, warm, and ready, at this, my trusted Sonic location. French toast sticks and a breakfast sandwich. The perfect combination of savory and sweet. This is where my story diverges into one of woe. The first few times I ordered, I requested for one syrup packet that comes with the French toast sticks, and one additional one. Yet I was consistently only given one syrup packet. So I changed my tactic, I ordered two additional syrups and the one they come with. Still, I was left with one and a half toast sticks dry and syrup-less. I understand that I may be the odd one out, I do tend to drown my waffles and pancakes in so much syrup, consistently earning me a comment from peers "you want some pancakes with that syrup". My answer? No. Give me the liquid sugar. As of late, I have opted for madness, ordering a total of 5 extra syrups along with the one they came with. And yet still, they disrespect me, providing me with one measley syrup packet. I do not know if it is out of malice or mockery that they continue to leave me begging on my knees for an adequate amount of syrup. But it has truly been the black mark on my soul.

Do not go to this Sonic during lunch hour. They run about 20min behind and the line of cars goes out to the street. If you order through the app, youāre stuck until a spot opens up. You can try to pickup at the counter, but theyāll either ignore you or seem lost.
