Store is in the store no drive through false advertising

I went in the morning and the woman was rude. usually delicious coffee was just sweetened here. It's a waste of money.

When I grabbed the drink it felt so light. not sure if holiday drinks are supposed to be filled less but it’s only 1/2 full of actual liquid beverage.. the rest they just put whipped cream and it doesn’t even come to the brim so not sure why they even tried? Will not be coming back to this location. Also online says drive thru but I didn’t see any

I usually enjoy my visits to Starbucks, but unfortunately, my experience at this location was disappointing. The employee I interacted today was unprofessional and rude. She seemed annoyed when I did not understand her question and their attitude made the entire experience unpleasant. I understand that everyone has off days, but customer service should always be a priority. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the customer experience here.

I have only the most amazing things to say about this Starbucks, they have continued to treat me like I’m a part of the family, have always made me laugh, went through my pregnancy with me, understood that I wasn’t allowed to have a lot of caffeine, so they just took care of me. The whole team is outstanding. They go above and beyond. They all make a mean Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, or a Green Tea Frappuccino. Rusty, Faatimah, Amber, thank you for having been there for me, for Reign. Y’all are the most amazing people I’ve ever met. Lucky to be able to get my coffee, my “tea”, my laughs for the morning, the jokes and the all knowing of what I want and that it’s me when I call to let you know I’m on my way. Thank you for being my family. ??☕️?⛈️

While getting gas at market street, I ordered Starbucks on the App. The app showed their store but evidently they do not offer online orders. When I asked the employee for help, he said he didn’t know how to cancel or help me and said to go to the other location. He did not offer help, assistance to solve the issue, or provide customer service. I went to the correct store and will never return to the one inside market street. Terrible lack of customer service.

Disappointing experience at the Starbucks inside the marketplace, as they do not accept Starbucks rewards. Despite the convenient location, the inability to redeem rewards diminishes the overall appeal. The coffee quality is consistent with Starbucks standards, but the absence of reward benefits leaves regular customers feeling let down. Hopefully, the establishment addresses this issue to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
