The food is good but, The lady working on 08/13/2025 was showing lot of attitude for no reason as we didnt even ask any extra request to. The staff needes to get trained at this location.

I often order from this location through the app, I rarely come in but I have here and there. It’s packed and workers are giving it they’re all. Today particularly I had lots of free time thinking if I order from the app to get my deal by the time I make it to subway from cross town it will be ready. However, when I walked in the lobby was FULL. I’m talking 3-4 families not including my own. People standing was a little chaotic, but Matthew greeted each and everyone made everyone’s EVERYONES order OWN HIS OWN. Had an amazing attitude straight ran this place like an octopus. Such a nice gentleman matters and the patience!!!!! I left in awe I thank him so much for his work and praised him for taking care of everyone. He cleared out the lobby in such a timely manner, no upset customers at all. Alll on his own. Bro Matthew, you going places! Keep up the good work. With the way the world is, things like this go along way.

they put meat in my sandwich which was mixed in with the other veggies, and then took it out and expected me to still take it... should've trashed the sandwich

I saw a lot of bad reviews about this store but I said to myself to give it a shot, I got 3 sandwiches, all the sides in the sandwich are good in amount except the main thing which is Chicken or Meat its so little, you hardly can taste it. I deserve it coz I didn’t listen to the bad reviews. I don’t recommend it and I’m not going back again.

I always come to this location and I love it! The atmosphere is always peaceful, the food is always fresh, and the customer service is exactly what I expect everytime I visit here....amazing! Today, I said I would do a review because the 2 gentleman that were working were patient, extremely nice, and communicated with us while fixing our food. Having great customer service is a biggie for me because, if your attitude is nasty, more than likely the food is worse. Thank you to the 2 guys for being great & showing greatness! Mimi.

I don’t know why anyone (including me) still goes to Subway. Typical disappointing Subway experience: none of the promoted items are available, the person who was cleaning the counter acted like I wasn’t there at all, at some point spraying me with Windex; the guy at the register (John I think), acted like I was the most annoying nuisance he’d seen all day, going repeatedly into the back room while taking my order. The bread tasted like it’d been there for days. I wanted to leave in the middle of placing the order but I thought it would be rude to do so. Apparently I was the only person in that place who cares about being polite. Never again

Worst Subway Experience Ever!
Visited this Subway on 03/13 around 9:00 PM for dinner, and the service was terrible. Assistant Manager John was extremely rude from the start, rushing me through my order and even shouting when I asked about the available bread options—claiming I should already know them!
When I requested extra mayo, he aggressively tore open my sub, drenched it in mayo, and tossed it aside carelessly. The final sandwich was poorly packed and looked unappetizing (see pictures).
John’s customer service was absolutely disgraceful—a terrible reflection on Subway!
