I don’t know why anyone (including me) still goes to Subway. Typical disappointing Subway experience: none of the promoted items are available, the person who was cleaning the counter acted like I wasn’t there at all, at some point spraying me with Windex; the guy at the register (John I think), acted like I was the most annoying nuisance he’d seen all day, going repeatedly into the back room while taking my order. The bread tasted like it’d been there for days. I wanted to leave in the middle of placing the order but I thought it would be rude to do so. Apparently I was the only person in that place who cares about being polite. Never again

Worst Subway Experience Ever!
Visited this Subway on 03/13 around 9:00 PM for dinner, and the service was terrible. Assistant Manager John was extremely rude from the start, rushing me through my order and even shouting when I asked about the available bread options—claiming I should already know them!
When I requested extra mayo, he aggressively tore open my sub, drenched it in mayo, and tossed it aside carelessly. The final sandwich was poorly packed and looked unappetizing (see pictures).
John’s customer service was absolutely disgraceful—a terrible reflection on Subway!

If I could give it -5 stars I would. We were served by a rather rude and daring young man who began by ignoring us when we arrived until we asked him to serve us. From that point on, he began to swear and bang his fist on the table where he was preparing the bread. He threw our food on the counter. The star's name is John.

Beyond astonished with the lack of empathy and customer service shown by Kevin (sandwich maker on duty) we called ahead 15 mins prior to closing to ensure we can still place an order (being mindful of potentially cutting it close) and were told that the lobby is closed but we can order to go upon arrival. We arrived roughly 10 mins before they closed and were greeted with the worst attitude, almost refusing to take our order. After we explained that we call he reluctantly made the subs, throwing ingredients around and slapping our meats onto the sub, growling and moaning in every breath. Never have we had such an unpleasant experience, just goes to show some places are willing to hire anyone. Highly discourage anyone from taking their hard earned money to this location.

The food is always pretty good. However, I came in today on a Sunday and there was ONLY 1 employee in the store doing it all by herself around 1 PM. That's not cool. Why should she be here all by herself. I gotta hand it to her, she handled herself as best as she could and was doing a great job, but that's not fair that she's doing it alone. Do better Subway.

Nothing about the food but more about the workers. I went in and a guy showed up but I could tell he was having a bad day so I asked him how he was doing and he said bad. but as i was telling him more topping he was showing attitude and not even putting enough on the sandwich. Even when i asked him to put more he seemed annoyed. right as I payed he just left without even saying goodbye or handing me the sandwich. I had to reach over the counter to get my sandwich and some napkins. Its alright to have a bad day and be upset about it but you can never treat your customers bad when we are paying for what we are given. i am very sensitive so this small interaction ruined my day.
I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. The lady at the counter had a
attitude and was incredibly rude. I ordered a footlong sandwich, but they gave me a 6-inch instead. When I pointed it out, the employee responded rudely, saying, “You don’t know what time it is.” I’m paying for what I want, so just give me what I ordered—no need for the attitude. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

Got to say one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Subway. A young Asian man was put in my sandwich, but very sloppy careless didn’t seem to really love his job and could tell he was overworked and stressed out. I’m never coming back to this place, I wanted to walk out after seeing my sandwich put together. I wouldn’t even feed my dog that sandwich I feel bad for the owner. But it is Subway.

Horrible experience! The worker at the counter ignored me for about 10-15 minutes trying not to look in my direction. Maybe he was hoping I would just leave. Once he started taking my order he kept saying “damn it” to himself like I was ruining his day. Also, the toppings on the sandwich were not put on evenly. I had several bites that had no turkey on it, then a clump of pickles in one small section of the sandwich. If he doesn’t want to be working there, he should just quit instead of being there causing customers to become frustrated.

Guy at front (John) w attitude and disrespectful, very aggressive as soon as you are at the door. Needs to be fire ; no other comments deserved. If they can treat customer right should not be working there ; only one person can’t run a store, might as well close it down.

Unhygeinic, had to remind to change the gloves between customers order .
Long wait and not even letting customers know how long the wait and why, while he was preparing for other subs in between .
Never going back
Should think about having hair tied up in back so it’s not dangling all over the sub and also wearing some apron over clothes as bread keeps touching his pants .
Dietary restrictions: Everything is mixed , and use the same gloved hand

I don't understand why these people don't read the order details. I always asked to toast the bread but they never do. Don't know why?
