Good place to visit. Nice range of burgers on the menu. For some reason the fries are often cooler by the time they are served. Nice touch is having a selection of dill pickles which can be self served. Great range of home made condiments at each table each table. Bench or high chair seating

I’ve been an Uber eats delivery driver for about six years. Occasionally, I do come across great restaurants that offered me a complementary drink when I’m picking up deliveries. I had never heard or been to the twisted root before, but this past Sunday I picked up an order from this restaurant. The very nice lady at the front said that the order was not ready and I said OK no problem. Then the manager, Lucas Ramsey walked over to me and handed me a card that said free meal on it, And he said sorry for the wait. Even after me telling him I was an Uber eats delivery driver. He said well you have a free meal, your time is Money. While I do have a free meal, just on this service alone, I will continue to go back to support this restaurant. Thank you, Lucas!

I have to start by saying that the service is wonderful. Everyone in the back was killing it and everyone in our group enjoyed every bite of all the burgers and stuff that we ordered (even if we couldn't finish.) As the new Fleetwood Mac, I'm gonna suggest the fried green beans and carrots instead of fries, try the onion rings and the milkshakes. I also caution you about the homemade pickles, you're gonna keep going back for more (perfectly crisp and i think it was 5 flavors) I also want to single out Lucas for adding to our first timer experience: great energy and went above and beyond, he's also good at taking group photos- Thank you Lucas and Twisted Root for a fun experience!

Ordered food for pickup for a group. The order was correct and the burgers were incredible! Maybe order one temp below what you want? Could have been carryover heat that bumped it. Either way, amazing.
