The lobby was still locked at 745am and it clearly states the lobby opens at 7am Monday through Friday. I had to drive up to the drive thru to let the manager know that the doors were still locked.

The drive-thru is repeatedly slow. Every time I try to give them another chance I inevitably end up leaving before I even get to the order window. I'm not sure what is going on with this so-called fast food restaurant. There's nothing fast about it.

I come to this Wendy’s pretty regularly and for the most part food is always correct and ordering is pretty simple. Except every time I order and the lady manager is there something always seems to be incorrect. Rather it be ordering through her and receiving from her tonight I order a 5 dollar biggie bag combo with spicy nuggets and fries the extra side of jr. fries and sm frosty. I revived regular nuggets missing the jr. fries and the frosty was more of a milk than frost. Recon I ordered 30 minutes before close so the machine was maybe off before. But I’d rather be told the frosty machine was off rather than paying almost 3 dollars for a frosty that is practically milk. If you get the guy manager he’s a super cool dude who always gets it right and always have no issue with him overall all experience is usually good except when she is there.

Ordered a number 1 single patty with large fries and a chocolate shake and a number 2 baconator medium fries and drink. Got to the window to pay for in no shake the receipt didn't even show I ordered a combo on either sandwich. The drive through worker asked for $3 something for a drink that I thought I had already ordered. My burger was a ball of grease the fries were obviously old. My wife was so hungry she inhaled hers I don't even think she noticed. Worst experience I've ever had from a Wendy's. Next time I'll just stick with Sonic or Jack in the Box.

This is the best Wendy's I've been to in the DFW the burgers are always so fresh and juicy, very quick drive thru as well. And it doesn't make me bad like McDonald's does.
