I ordered my food for delivery because I had to work through my lunch. My food was cold. My fries were soggy (the little bit that was in the container). My boneless wing were mostly small hard pieces with very little meat and not enough sauce. I am VERY UNHAPPY the food I received with my order!!!!!!!!!!

I fell seriously ill after consuming the WingStreet chicken wings here, years ago. That was the first and very last time I ever had the chicken wings at any Pizza Hut location. The pizzas are still delicious though.

I placed my online order at 5:45pm. It said ready in 15 minutes. I get there at 6:05. As I walk in no one greeted me or even acknowledged that I was there. There was 6 staff present that I could see. I stood at the register for 15 minutes as the employees walked past the register, and still didn't acknowledge me. Then finally one staff member assisted me. I told her my name and paid, she looked in the heater for my order, my order was not there. But she didn't mention it to me, she went to the back and I could see her searching for my order, another 10 minutes go by then another employee asks if I had been helped. I explained to him how long I had been waiting and from the looks of it they can't find my order but no one has actually told me that. So he says he will go check it out. He comes back and tells me that "some how we can't find your order and we will have to make it again." By this time I had been waiting for 30 minutes. I told him I wanted my money back and to speak with a manager. He told me he could refund me but there was "technically no manager there, except him and he was just training, not the actual manager" I'm upset because 1. I'm pregnant and had my taste buds set on Pizza Hut and 2. Their level of customer service was horrible! The guy who ordered before me was also waiting because they made his order wrong! This is not the first time I had a terrible experience there and it sucks because this is the closest Pizza Hut to my house.

First time ordering from this location. I ordered carry out online. When I arrived the pizza was ready and I didn't have to wait. The staff were friendly. They made sure my pizza was correct before I left the store. The pizza was hot and delicious. I can't complain.

They took 15 minutes longer than they said which was an hour. The pizza &mozzarella sticks I ordered were cold and because they were cold the cheese turned to rubber. The dr. Pepper I ordered was slightly cold still. I think I'll stick with papa Johns from now on.

This would be the last place that Inwould go for Pizza... I doubt if it is really a Pizza Hut outlet!!! The Pizza is all over the place on the box!!! I have ordered a thin crust pizza and it did not seem to be like a thin crust one!!! This would be the worst pizza I had in my life.. 2 stars for the delivery time!!!

I've ordered delivery from them a couple of times and food has been always been decent. However, this time my delivery experience left me puzzled and wary. The delivery lady managed to find my house with ease and proceeded to hand me my order before saying "It's 14.07". Bells started ringing in my head, mind you I've paid by debit card. She simply told me, "Well, THEY said it was declined. Do you have cash for 14.07?". I was stunned. I immediately went to check on my Chase app, and lo and behold, 14.07 has been deducted; date "pending". I showed it to her and she was like "But it's pending!". I insisted that she called the store to verify my payment. She was like " They may need your card information again". What?! You mean you're gonna charge me twice?! Mind you, once chase bank deducts money, it's gone! We went back and forth for while, with me having to repeatedly tell her to "Call THEM. Call the store." Finally she did. Less than 2 minutes later, she came knocking at my door again saying, "It's approved. It's just that they were supposed to give me the receipt that says it's been paid by card and requires a signature. They gave me a regular receipt with no signature required". -The end- She got her tip, I got my pizza. But I'm writing this review at 4am because this experience just bothered me. So just be aware guys.

I ordered a pizza tonight and the driver didn't have any grated cheese. Was going to the nearby Tom Thumb so decided to drop in for a few packets of cheese. My 9 year old wanted to go in and get it by herself so I let her. Little did I know that the guy at the counter not only refused to give her a packet of cheese, he went in the back and he and another guy made fun of her. My daughter was so hurt she started crying in the Tom Thumb. Who would do that? I went back but a cop was parked near the store. Probably a good thing. Daughter said later she didn't want their cheese anyway b/c the guy had long dirty fingernail. Oh, and the pizza was burnt and barely had any topping and it was suppose to be a 2 topping pizza. Never going back. A- holes

This location has much improved. Although delivery times can take a little longer, the pizza and wings are still warm. We ordered carry out today... The staff was friendly and they also gave us a free ranch with our wings. Hey, it's the little things that count lol.

We've gone to this Pizza Hut several times and the foods always been decent. I'm giving it 2 stars for positive past experiences instead of just 1 star for today. First, when I called in to order, the girl who answered just seemed distracted and kind of confused. It was weird. I asked her to repeat my order because I was worried she missed something with how she was responding. When we arrived to pick up, it was apparent why she was distracted. There were 2 girls (one was the girl that took my order) and guy in the front. They were clearly not concerned about working. One was on her cell phone when I was clearly standing there waiting to be helped. I don't think she ever said a word to me. The guy was asking them what they wanted from sonic and then acknowledged me only because I said I was there to pick up but all he said was i don't think your food is done and then continued talking to them. There were other people waiting and they all seemed annoyed/unimpressed. I mean I get it, it's Pizza Hut but there should still be some kind of standard of how you should be acting at work. It was just like 3 kids screwing around and not all that worried about helping customers. Finally a younger man brought part of my order up from the back. He was going to put it in the warmer so I told him it was mine. I saw my name and was still being ignored by the girls. he looked around, like he expected the other girls to step in and ring me up but quickly realized, just as I did that they were "busy" not working. So he went ahead and rang me up. Another guy came up with the rest of my stuff and made sure I got everything. It was apparent some people were working hard in the back and front while others screwed around. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. They should replace the girls up front because they make the whole business look bad and I could tell not everyone was blowing their job off like they were. The food was below average this time. The wings were small and the bread sticks were cold and overly greasy. Pizza was alright. I don't blame the guys in the back though since it seems they were having to do everything. We will give it another chance and hopefully update this review to a better rating.

I ordered my pizza at 5:11pm and it's now 6:48 and the cold pizza was just now delivered. Manager promised to refund my money, but won't be ordering again.

I've given up on Pizza Hut. It's just poor quality pizza. Pizza was dry, very little sauce, very little cheese. Very bland. Look at this spinach! It's just dumped on top. ?? Not cooked. Is this how they are really serving it? Not a fan!

My sister in law and I were having a girls night in and wanted to order pizza and pasta to go along with our wine and knitting. I original was looking at Dominos but was quickly reminded that they didn't have the new garlic crust pizza. I am a fan on the new garlic crust. It gives the pizza a nice update. It isn't too over powering with the seasonings. I was kinda back and forth between the website because Pizza Hut 's pasta is $4.00 more expensive than Domminos chicken pasta. I thought maybe I would order pasta from one and pizza from the other. I ended up finding a coupon taking the $5.09 off so I went with Pizza Hut. As I was browsing the pizza selection I noticed all the fun new pizzas you have. I didn't know that these were available. I haven't seen much advertising. I must live under a rock. I love pizza and I was super excited to see these choices. I ended up going with the customized basalmic chicken with the original garlic crust of course and let me say it was gourmet and fabulous. It was as if I ordered from a five star restaurant or Italian bistro. Great Job Pizza Hut on this new creation. I can't wait to try more. The pasta was good too. I mainly ordered it for my sister in law. I also didn't know you had waffle fries on the menu. They were good too but way too crunchy. For fun maybe you could do some dry seasoning packets to toss in there and shake for the customers. Also my pizza was delivered super fast. The time given was 38 min but it came sooner. Overall good experience.

This is the worst pizza hut. I ordered at 11, called in at 12, said they neeeded an extra 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I called and the order taker said another 35 minutes. Sadly I did not eat lunch that day. I had to cancel. No one go here

rude order taker - spent lots of $$$ here ordering for my office, order takers have been shaky before but this beats all - after ordering my smallest ever order here... Me: May I pay for my order over the phone? Somemone else will be picking it up - (I have done this several times before) Order Taker: No Me: May I pay online? OT: No (chuckles) Me: Can I send my credit card in? OT: No - followed by annoyed sigh Me: Ok thank you - I will pick up OT - $10.83 - click --- less than five minutes later I determine I cannot leave - so I decide to cancel the order ring ring ring Me: I need to cancel my order OT (same one): Alright then. click
