Service was terrible from older guy. Walks up to my table and says “You ready?” Um, hello, how are you? Would you care for something to drink? Nothing!!! Not my idea of service. Next time I’ll just call for takeout. Food is always great.

The food is pretty good. However, their now ripping off their customers by charging $1 per sauce for any sauce other than soy sauce. Stating the food only comes with soy sauce and fortune cookie. So if you enjoy Hot Mustard, Sweet & Sour, Hot Oil or any other sauce accompanying your meal be prepared.

I have been a loyal customer of Wu’ Asian Bistro. They provided excellent food and service every time I go.
My favorite dish goes to sesame chicken, the meat is saucy and tender along side with the super huge portion.
My second favorite dish has to be the “happy family” which is a combination of all proteins with mix vegetables.
Whenever I decided to dine in, the severs are always sweet and welcoming. They always make sure the drink is filled and they always meet the expectations.
If you are close to valley ranch or Coppell, I highly recommend Wu’s Asian bistro.

Ordered through Uber eats. Honestly, I was impressed how rich and fresh the food was. The chicken skewers I ordered were nice and crispy, the orange chicken was fresh and flavorful, the steamed dumplings were excellent. My only complaint was the tiramisu was still a little frozen. Great value for money! I'm definitely coming back again to try other dishes. Next time I'll be sure to dine in.

Been here multiple times for dine in and to go.
This restaurant is nicely decorated,the staff inside is very friendly, immediately welcomes me when I step inside.
The price for their food is mid-high range but the food portion is SUPER, I’ve always needed to-go boxes.
The sever always checks on me during the entire experience and that just makes me feel cared.
I will be visiting here every now and then because we don’t get a lot Asian/Chinese food around Valley Ranch and this one is such a life/distance saver!

The Cashew chicken was good. However, the fried rice SUCKED. it was just rice and soy sauce. No onion, no scallion, no carrot, no eggs. Disgusting. They upcharge you for it too which is a scam. I should have just ordered the regular white rice because all I paid for was more sodium. Do better.

The last time I ordered from here the ribs were burnt..I decided to give them another chance after they commented, and today they are cooked but they are flavorless... They used to be sweet with a sauce on them but now everything is so bland... Yeah I'm done with this place for good. Not sure what happened to them.. used to be a really good spot, but not anymore.
The only reason I used to order from here multiple times a month was because of how good the sweet ribs were. I'm sad they they no longer care about quality..

I don't know what happened... The ribs used to be so sweet and tender.... They have zero flavor now. Just a bag of pork.. I miss when they were almost caramelized in a sweet flavored sauce.. the rice is also bland. None of this food has any flavor.. sad. I gave them many tries but I will never order from here again. Bland..

Lovely staff, we placed our order inside, and immediately were charmed by the comforting atmosphere 🤗 once we placed our order, a kind lady offered us iced waters at the counter and they promptly cooked our dinner, which was delicious 😋 I highly recommend!

The woman working in the restaurant tonight was so nice. We had our little daughter with us and she was so sweet with her. We weren’t sure about this place at first so wanted to try it.

We got an egg roll, crab rangoons, combination fried rice and General Tso’s chicken. The portions for the meals were huge. And the General Tso’s chicken was UNBELIEVABLE.

They somehow managed to keep the chicken crispy, juicy, and covered in sauce perfectly. I would order only this and fried rice every time I come here again if it weren’t for my desire to see what other gems lie in their menu.

I HIGHLY recommend the Genera Tso’s chicken with fried rice. The crab rangoons were delicious as well. Awesome experience. So glad that this place is so close to us as we will be eating here plenty more.

Poor customer service. Don’t sign up for the reward point system. The 2 ladies that work
There don’t know how to apply the reward points and if you ask them
They get very upset. They don’t know how to use the system their own restaurant offers and gets upset with the customer if you ask too many times. It’s a scam. Quality of food has gone down and prices have gone up. No one should have to pay for rude service.
