“Just stopped by for some ice cream for the family. I used the mobile app. So when I first came in, greeted almost immediately but I forgot my phone to show them the order, I came back and they were preclosing and cleaning so it took a minute for one of the crew to get with me.“
“Ordered through the drive thru and was reminded of the friendly customer service that still exists in this world. Nathan took my order and was joyful, attentive and just had superb customer service. As I ate my ice cream in the parking lot, a young man working there ran out to give a customer leaving her wallet. Then another taking out the trash and cleaning the patio. Others also joyfully bringing out orders for other customers. Thank you DQ at this location for a much needed pleasant customer service experience. The little things matter more than you know. Oh and my ice cream was delicious!“
