I recently made an online purchase. I paid for ranch dipping sauce. I did not receive my items at pick up. I walked into the restaurant, there was no one inside except the you lady and a young man. They were talking. I spoke and said hello because they obviously do not understand speaking to a customer as they enter the building. I spoke. They both looked at me and said not one word. It's usually sketchy at this location, but Little Caesar himself must've dropped by to whip up the pizza they served me tonight! Customer service was on point and everything. They definitely upped the score with that three meat pizza!
I used to stop coming here because the customer service was terrible and the wait time was ridiculous. 40+ minutes. I called in advance thinking it was going to be a long wait, but it was very quick, kamar “k” answered the phone and was very polite. I came in person and his character was no different. Very nice guy. It might sound like nothing to some people, “ok he’s nice, so what.” But in my experience when people are rude and have no manners ect, I do not return....
