Overall, the food was okay, but just seemed bland. Ordering at the drive-through was a smooth process and the staff were respectful, but it took almost 20 minutes to get an order of a plain slider and a small Mac n cheese. This was at 9 p.m., where we were the only customers the entire time we were there.It is unfortunate, but this level of service and product seems to be endemic of the surrounding food service businesses and has only gotten worse over the last 2 years.
The person who gave us our order was super! She was so happy and smiling, nice change from other fast food places we've been at recently. We ordered the mashed potato bowl. It was smaller than expected but what surprised me is it had french fries in the bottom. Would have preferred it without the fries but it was ok.

This Chicken place in Copperas Cove needs to be shut down no management, food is thrown together, little food for what you pay for and raise the prices up for no reason, quality is poor, quantity is also poor, I don't go here much anymore.
