I always order from the pizza portal. I love that option. I get to pay online and pickup in the store. I use the app. My order is always ready on time within about 25 minutes. I go in punch in my pickup code on this warming machine, grab my pizzas ? and go! So convenient ? love it!
My pizza that was ready before I got there, when my other pizza I added to my order was ready the employee could not locate my other pizza's, finally when he found them one was incorrect, but after waiting an hour for my order I just accepted the error and left.
