The coffee was fine, but a crew member tried to tell a customer to order a caramel macchiato with no caramel instead of a regular macchiato. A young gentleman asked how a customer’s day was going, which meant a lot. The team is always friendly, even when busy. Customers often order ahead and run inside, and the staff never give an issue with the app. The team is so kind, working hard in the mornings prepping everyone’s drinks, and they always bring a smile to customers’ faces.
