The employees are pleasant enough and clean restaurant. But this is THE LEAST consistent Panda. If the shrimp is turned, THROW IT OUT. Don't sell it. Every other time I come here, the shrimp isn't good anymore. I'll drive to the other end of Killeen to get Panda if I want it that bad.
If it had not been for Maddox, I would be leaving a 1 Star review. I came in to grab an online order and waited well over 30 minutes. I watched other people wait over an hour (!) before any employees would even talk to them. Literally nothing moved until Maddox came back and took over the front line. The three employees at the front practically disappeared while Maddox got everything moving again with a smile i need to add. Everyone else was extremely grumpy and uninviting while...
