Today my children and I had a great experience with Isaiah our cashier. My oldest son was having a hard time to which I explained to Isaiah that my son is Autistic. He told me about himself as well. He made feel so at ease about the situation and showed so much compassion. I can't thank him enough. He's also very sweet and kind.
Usually McAlisters is very good with great customer care, but today it was a mess. People working in the kitchen with no hat or hair net and disorganization. I ordered online with my order to be ready at 325pm. I finally got my order at 340pm. someone put my order in the pick up cubbie and failed to tell anyone it was there. Cheese was barely warm. I got snarky with the front end young lady and then apologized because it wasn't her fault. Today they only get 3 *'s from me.
Soup was cold when served, but we did get here 15 minutes prior to closing
