“Today my children and I had a great experience with Isaiah our cashier. My oldest son was having a hard time to which I explained to Isaiah that my son is Autistic. He told me about himself as well. He made feel so at ease about the situation and showed so much compassion. I can't thank him enough. He's also very sweet and kind.“

“The Copperas Cove location did great today! My order was correct and I got it really fast, which I especially appreciate when I'm in a hurry in the morning. The drive-through employee was very friendly and polite. I am grateful for the free breakfast item they give away on Grati Tuesdays. I prefer Chick-fil-A over other fast food restaurants because they still offer healthy options like fresh fruit, salads, and Greek yogurt. My daughter enjoys playing on the playground. I like that the playground has a glass wall so you can see your child, but not hear all the children's noise while trying to enjoy your meal. The restaurant is clean and well-stocked. “The customer service was ok, the drive thru speaker may need maintenance I had to repeat myself several times during my order. I ordered cookies that were not received with my food. We went back to confront and it ended being a wait so we got a refund however the food was top tier.“
