I pulled into their driveway at 5:19 pm and went through the drive through. Never once did they tell me how long the wait would be or apologize for how long it was taking. I left there at 5:57pm.
This was sitting in the drive through where there is no way of leaving!!!
This is a “fast food” place it should never take that long to get 14 prices of chicken and a couple of sides!!!
took over 30 minutes total to get a small order of chicken for 2 people and still managed to forget my sweet tea and have to go back.
was asked to pull forward watches 5 cars received boxes of chicken in the 20 minutes I was still waiting and countless inside orders filled. I finally called and the manager sent someone out to my car for my receipt to make the order they deleted off the screen. I am going on 25 minutes of no food and will never return. this is the 3rd time...read full review
