The impossible burgers are good. Everything was fresh and hot. Dining room needed to be gone over. Tables were dirty. Not terrible. Just crumbs on the tables. The tables were all picked up, just all of them needed to be wiped clean.

Why are customers being asked to wait at first window for fries then asked to move to the next window to get their food. It’s happened every time I’ve visited in the drive thru. And it just does not make any sense. Very annoying as well. Seems like a service cheat code to bypass a timer on the drive thru or something.

I'm not sure why this location has 3 stars. This is a 5 star burger king. This is my 5th visit, and they never miss. Food is always fresh. Maria helped me this time, and she was amazing, I mean, amazing. Every effort to be sure she provided efficient and effective customer service. Not to mention, the restroom was above 5 stars if you want to talk about restrooms.
