Coffee is generally good as are the coffee beans. My main reason for the rating is because I have repeatedly reached out to management/ownership and have not heard back. I initiated contact with the staff at least three times initially and they were unable to assist. They suggested I use the email on the website because it would reach the owners. I also followed up via email three times. The issue is that somebody had apparently entered my number into the system and started redeeming my rewards. The fact that somebody else redeemed the points I earned and none of the management here cared to get back with me about it is problematic. I still don't know if the issue is fixed and I guess I can forget about getting my rewards back. Very disappointed.
