Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I place a mobile pick up order at a 10:07. To remind you they don’t close until 12pm. The Manager JAMES told me there’re kitchen was close and I requested to get a refund he told me I have to get from the app. I ASK FOR Corporate number or the store manager name and he stated he will not give me neither and shut the window in my face.

The chicken is consistently very good. My favorite fried chicken. The service was a little slower than usual this time. The server at the drive through window was pleasant.

Drive Thru - Order 7 3/19 8:10PM
There’s always something missing from my bag when I get home—usually it’s BBQ sauce, napkins, or straws. This time, they forgot an entire biscuit. I ordered an 8-piece bundle with fries and four biscuits, and when I opened the box at home, I realized one was missing. It’s a simple order, so I expected it to be correct. And no, I didn’t eat on the way home.

We have been to this location 3 times, and each time, the crew is very rude, and they are always out of something. Today, it was coleslaw. How do you run out of coleslaw. Maybe a secret diner should visit this play around lunch time. Again, very rude. Most likely won’t be returning to this location

Me and my brother went there and ordered our meal. Took almost an hour to get it ready. Manager was talking alot, staff seemed to goof off when a lunch rush was there. Wasn't pleased on waiting for them to prepare our food for an hour. Manager was also rude when we asked to if we could get the order to go when it was taking forever to make and prepare. Such a disappointment. Other staff on other days do get the job done at least and we love to always come here. But im sad to leave this kind of review on here. 😡😡

I placed a mobile order at 4:43 and arrived to the restaurant at 4:55. When I pulled up to the drive through window, the lady told me that my order wasn't ready yet so she asked me to pull forward past the window and wait for someone to bring my order out to me. After 25-30 minutes of waiting, I decide to reverse back to the drive through window (the line is empty at this point). 10-15 minutes go by and 2 cars pull up behind me until someone finally decides to come to the window and the first thing he says when he opens the window is "hey you can't just sit here if your order isn't ready, you're holding up the line." Firstly, I found that very disrespectful, especially since I had already been there for over 40 minutes. Anyways, I tell him to go check on my food and to no one's surprise, it was ready and COLD. Very disappointing experience.

The employees are pretty incompetent or maybe its management doesn’t train employees anymore. Employees were rude. There was a fight going on with another customer when I walked it so already a weird way to enter a fast food place but kinda normal right? That’s how the world is today lol. First time leaving a google review. They earned it. Yall suck. Boooo

Showed up at 8:50 pm on 2/12 and was told that they couldn’t do dark meat at that hour and they only had white meat. Drove by the window to see 3 teenagers sitting on their phones with an empty restaurant. Clearly this location is not interested in your business. Don’t worry, there are 5 other restaurants on the same corner willing to make you food.

Please for the sake of everyone's sanity out here close @ 8pm or 9pm if you're not going to be taking any orders after that time.....4 times in the last week i've tried ordering here around 9pm (when hours state open till 12am) only to be met with "Sorry we're not taking any more orders for the night". Whoever is running your night shift is costing this store's owner a ton of money in lost sales. Just going to drive the extra 20 mins down to Lewisville where they actually care about doing their jobs:)

Wow I do not know what is going on but this restaurant needs to rethink there staff. Got there at 10:53Am restaurant opens at 10am doors are locked waited out side and knocked on the door. Man comes out saying it’s only drive through and he’s the only one there. seriously no signs no nothing. Then when I went to in the drive through and started to order he’s says oh it will take 15mins for food. Really this owner must be losing money left and right with the staff not taking care of the restaurant and not opening on time. If you can’t get your restaurant open with food on time then it shouldn’t be open at all.

You go there stand at the counter for 5 minutes, and you are ignored , while they screw around doing whatever, nothing not even a, ( I'll be with you in a minute ) statement, it's like they could care less if you ordered or not. Just a really piss poor way to treat your customers. I will not be going back. As much as I love popeyes it's just not worth the agravation. Seems to me something needs to change. I do not know who's in charge there , but they clearly have no earthly idea what they are doing. What's the point. ? If your just going to be ignored ? Also the 4 guys that came in with me and the lady after me got tired of being ignored and left too.

This Popeyes is literally a joke.
Person taking our order literally said “what do you want” and was very short and rude.
They had us pull forward to wait on our food and had us waiting for 30 min..we went inside to see what the deal was and they “accidentally cleared our order off the screen”

Night shift are always rude and never answer the drive thru speaker have u waiting too long and never answer i just left took my business else where. Same happened multiple times now I'm going to the new popeyes on 407 and 35 just over the bridge
