I have not tried any food item yet, only drinks. The service is most of the time quick, but for 80% of thr workers have rude tudes. Late morning is the best friendly crew, who do not want you to apologize for bothering them.

I have been here a few times and the coffee is decent and staff is friendly. Only down fall is you cannot order flavored water like you can at Dutch Bro’s or 7 brew. I think I’ll stick with one of the other places.

Service was great, quality was fine, but the coffee it self wasn't that great. Too sweet and barely any coffee. Paid $7 for a large which is the size of a medium everywhere else. Not impressed. 151 still my go to.

I made an order yesterday that was supposed to use the 3x points coupon. After the online transaction was made, I realized the coupon didn’t apply. I asked them to refund and they said they couldn’t, I had to make a new order and that the transaction would drop off the next day. They never refunded me and pushed both orders through. I’ve tried calling and the number goes straight to voicemail. So I drove over here and explained what happened. They told me the manager wouldn’t be back until tomorrow. I explained I needed my refund and that I wouldn’t leave until I had it, as I couldn’t afford two transactions and wouldn’t have made two if they hadn’t promised I would be refunded the next day. Their manager loudly on the phone told them not to call the owner, to shut the window in my face (her exact words) and to call the police. I am just sitting here trying to get ahold of anyone that can refund my $25 and I will never be back here again. The manager has been rude on MULTIPLE occasions to not just me but several of my coworkers and my friends. It’s the talk of scooters how their drinks are good but management is so poor. Please refund my money.
EDIT: the police showed up, at which time the owner also did. He was able to issue a refund request and is incredibly kind. I cannot imagine the stress of owning a business. I was to be clear, the food and products here are WONDERFUL. I am going through severe health issues and don’t digest most things and one of their drinks literally carries me through the day. This is a GREAT business and with the interaction I had with the owner, I want to be clear he was wonderful. I don’t know if I’ll be back to this location, but I will consider it.
