Where is the cinnamon and sugar on the twists? None at all. They were also out of onions when they are in a parking lot of a grocery store.

Came through at night ordered chicken quesadillas and a chalupa combo just to receive 2 chicken quesadillas with jalapeños wich I did not order with jalapeños and no chalupas just 3 soft tacos. Called in to speaker to a manager just to speaker to a very rude lady whos says she is the manager and that I got exactlly what I ordered wich was soft tacos. Wich I did not.Not polite or any customer service at all.

This is all about customer service...I've worked in food for 35 years... so- customer isn't always right, but the restaraunt should try to make the issue right if at all possible.There was something very wrong with my Mexican pizza. I hated to take it back in, but because it tasted like something was old I thought it might be a good idea.I didn't blame the workers for my food tasting bad- not their fault if it was old cheese or if someone didn't dump the fry grease. I talked to the young man at the counter who was almost rude when i told him it tasted bad- For sure took a few bites to realize it really was bad not just my taste...He said he needed to call the manager... he then said what do you want? A refund- no, just give me something different. I got a chalupa to replace it. Perfect and was good.But that boy and his attitude was horrible.How hard is it to say, I'm sorry - what can we do for you or I'm sorry that's happened- let me talk to the manager and see what we can do.Simple as that.I'll call manager tomorrow just may be could coach the staff about how to deal with resolving issues without an attitude.

6 tacos ordered and got 6 hard shells with much lettuce and what little and I do mean little meat was there was cold. Pitiful. Shameful. I cannot recommend anything after this pitiful experience.

Decided to try the chicken rolled tacos those were great only reason for 2 stars, then saw the new cinnamon twists, they gave us one looked like no sugar at all on it, tasted like just oil on a chip, got another, no strawberry on them, again tastes like oil, not strawberry at all, go inside & she tries to tell me she already gave me two, I said well I don't like the taste of these & ill take the regular twists that taste like actual cinnamon, if your thinking on trying, go another day maybe, something was definitely off here.

You, will probably say, it’s just a fast food restaurant, what’s the big deal.To me, everything counts, down to the simple approach, and first impressions.Today, was a very busy day for me, and I hardly had any time to eat.So, on the way home, I decided to stop at taco bell off of swisher, and 35 for a quick bite.After, I put in my order, I was approached by a young lady, who asked me, if I have ordered& asked for my name.To my surprise with in a few minutes they had my order& I was on my way back home again.Thanks to “ivy”, and the other employees, I had a great experience at Taco Bell.Thank you guys??✌️

Terrible. Absolutely terrible taco bell.They never get an order right. Ever. There has never been a single instance that I got my full order, or the correct order. The manager doesn't even really seem to care. When I finally got fed up with it, he could only muster a half asked apology and 2 free taco coupons. I immediately gave away the coupons and vowed to never go to this taco bell again.You're better off going to the taco bell in denton, or lewisville. Don't waste your time on this one

Taco Bell has steadily gotten away from an actual person taking your order and this one makes it clear that they definitely don’t want to walk over to where the customers are to offer any assistance. They only walk over to set your food down and call your name when your tray of food is ready.So, when my wife (who is the nicest most easy to get along with person) stood there waiting to all someone for drink cups while I was paying at the kiosk, and no-one walked over (because they were busy chatting), she stepped right around the end of the counter and grabbed two cups. Then, they were laughing to each other with one saying to the other two “that lady just came being the counter and grabbed cups.”If you don’t want to interact at all with people, put the cops where we can reach them.
