Super rude and unknowledgeable bartender, won’t be coming back any time soon despite the food being pretty good. Crazy how I just came in for lunch and was blown away by how bad the bar was

This was our first time to try Wing Daddy. Service was awesome. Food was ready for pick up and hot. Wings — we did the girly sauce— were perfect and the mozzarella sticks fabulous. Unfortunately the onion rings were burnt beyond edible. We’ll try again but hope the quality is better with the sides.

Last time I came here there was an incident & instead of a manager coming to the table to apologize or to try make the situation better, they did nothing. Instead kept chatting with a couple of the waitresses which anyone that’s been in the food industry knows the importance of hygiene well clearly not to him. A piece of hair was in my food & I’m not detective but it was the same color as the waitress that had loose hair that no offense didn’t look well kept when I brought it to her attention she immediately became rude. She then proceeded to say I should just order a drink. Once I told her no & that I’d like the check if she wasn’t unprofessional as is well that sealed the deal. I didn’t even bother to get a higher up involved cause he was there but chose not to do anything as he witnessed it. Places like that naturally dig a hole for themselves. Wouldn’t recommend.

The food is bland, the waitresses let’s just say they have a unique taste when hiring, last time I came with some friends the waitress was rude & it was clear hygiene isn’t prioritized there. Haven’t gone back since & a friend of mine that just moved to the area went recently & they didn’t have a pleasant experience either which led me to finally say something make people aware.

They sell prison chicken here because that wing I ate had a tattoo and it was kinda hard to get through. I had to use two hands. 😂 pretty big.

I always have an incredible experience here! Hugo and the staff treat you like family, making each visit feel special. The food is absolutely to die for—every dish is packed with flavor and crafted with care. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm atmosphere and delicious meals!

The food was great and the service was amazing. Best wings I’ve had in a long time highly recommend the smoked jerk ones! The manager came up to us and personally thank us for coming in. Had a nice genuine conversation which I was really impressed by.

Food is good, service is consistently awful.

Highly upset! I got there at 11AM! 11:44 they’re asking to change my card again because they’re having internet issues! Charge was already on my account and funds on hold! Food was sitting there 30 plus minutes and Steven was expecting me to walk out the door with it! Unacceptable

Lots of TVs good for sports however it is very loud , not only for sports events “ I understand this” but it’s loud all the time.
The last time I went the chicken strips were dry and I suspect the oil used to cook them haven’t been changed in awhile. It’s usually pretty good and tasty just the last time was disappointing.
