I visited the Wingstop at the Highland Village location last night, arriving at approximately 10:00 PM, knowing the store was supposed to close at 11:00 PM. However, when I entered, I was immediately greeted by the staff having all the chairs up and the lights turned off. I was preparing to place an order, but it was clear from their actions that they were not interested in serving anyone. They gave subtle but unmistakable hints that they wanted us to leave, despite the fact that there was still an hour before closing. This behavior was frustrating and incredibly unprofessional, especially when we were eager to make a purchase.
Undeterred, I decided to go to another Wingstop location and ordered a 50-piece party pack, which came to nearly $72. We waited for almost 25 minutes for our order to “be prepared”. Given that we were in a rush to get to a friend's house, we didn’t have the opportunity to double-check the contents of the bag before leaving the store.
When we arrived at our friend's house—about 20 minutes away—we opened the bag to find that we had not received even half of the items we had paid for. This was incredibly disappointing and frustrating, especially after having waited so long. Hungry and upset, we decided to go back to the store to pick up the rest of our order. On our way there, we called ahead to ensure the missing items would be ready for us, but we were met with a nearly 10-minute wait on the phone. The lack of response during that time only heightened our frustration. Eventually, we ended the call, and called again assuming they might have missed our initial inquiry. And this time they accepted our call and was able to talk to them about the situation.
Upon arriving at the store, we were met with an almost empty restaurant—only one other group of customers was present—so it was clear that the staff wasn’t overwhelmed with work. We could only assume this meant that they had no excuse for failing to fulfill our original order properly and ignoring their store phone. This entire experience—from the poor service at the Highland Village location to the missing items and the frustrating phone call—was completely unacceptable and left us thoroughly disappointed. I expected better from a business that I paid nearly $72 to, and I am beyond dissatisfied with the lack of attention, care, and professionalism shown throughout this entire ordeal.

Welcome to the only restaurant in America that refuses to give its customers a free cup for water. I spent $50 on wings and a soft drink (for myself), but when I asked for a cup of water for my 8 year old daughter (who does not drink soda), we were told that they couldn’t do so. Why? Is a $50 food order not good enough to deserve a complimentary cup of water? This is the second time this has happened, so I guess it’s their policy.

5 stars from me. We order once a week from these guys and the manager is always willing to make things right even when they aren’t. That’s 5 star service!!! Thanks again.

There is a young man there by the name of Christian. He literally blew my mind with his customer service. In a time where people don’t value working in customer service he still hold those customer service values. He was making happy jokes with customers, attending to everyone, helping and moving urgently. I literally couldn’t believe it. Keep him, promote him etc!

Management needs to retrain the entire staff here and provide them with more support for high traffic times. There's no reason it should take over an hour to make wings when you provide an ETA of 38-43 mins. This happens EVERYTIME. Every, single, time. You have the word Wing in your name and you can't even get it right. Sad really.

Can't get a real person on the phone to place order then the robot stops talking and line hangs up. Call customer service to see if my order went through then get put on hold and line hangs up again.

I came in around 11:40pm, literally 20 minutes before close! I got the same great service as if I came in a 3pm on my normal weekday. Yedidah and the other young lady was so sweet! My order was fresh and hot per usual. Best Wingstop in Denton county!!

Great Wingstop location. I had an issue with my order last week. I called and spoke with Cesar that evening and he replaced the entire order free of charge. Exceptional service! They will go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied.

I've ordered from here many times for delivery and they have gotten my order wrong more often than not, usually leaving something out. Every time I call back and they never make me whole. They said they'd make the food but I still need to come puck it up or get it delivered (for an order I already paid delivery on). Or they would say they will add a credit to my wife gstop account tied to my phone number but then the next time I order they don't know anything about the credit. Most of the time they put me on hold and never respond again.

The wings and fries were served cold and soggy. When I called them, they placed me on a 10 minute hold and disconnected. Took food back for a refund, the manager ignored me for 10 minutes before finally coming over. Wouldn’t look at me, wouldn’t speak. Took my food, counted the wings. Tossed them in the trash. I ask for a refund and he walked off without saying a word. This place is horrible. Will never go back and will call corp tomorrow

So, this is about the 4th time this has happened.. I understand Delivery is through DoorDash.. They bring the wrong order, The Wingstop staff is great, and friendly when I call the store and tell them what happened …. So then I drive up there to pick up my order , and shits still wrong, when I get it home.. the weakest garlic Parmesan wings I have ever seen, and the Cajun dry rub is …. I dunno or wrong…. They promise refunds on the phone and then when you get to the store it’s, oh here’s your order…. I hate to be hateful, but it’s gotten pathetic

I wanted to order through phone so I called and was on hold for 13 minutes, I assumed they where busy but when I went there myself parking lot was EMPTY, when I got inside I can hear 2 of their phones ringing…after the guy took my order I waited to see if he would answer my phone call that I still had going to see if they would answer and mans just continued cleaning(they weren’t doing anything else but cleaning around) I would post a picture of the phone call hold but it won’t give me the option.

Ordered all flats wings with extra cook time spent about $50. Got home and my order was not all flats. I called up there to let them know the issue because the person who h checked me out did not provide me with my receipt. Manager or person in charge on duty around 1pm (same person who checked me out) was rude and did not offer to compensate the wings that were incorrect. I asked for his GMs name and was hung up on. Instead of him offering a resolution he argued and refused to give me the GMs name and hung up on me not once but twice! Very rude and unprofessional. Not the first time I’ve been.in and something being incorrect and the staff treating you as though you’re in the wrong for orders being incomplete and/or incorrect. It’s not like the food is cheap and and the wait time is short. Highly disappointed with the money spent and unprofessionalism from staff members
