I really really wanted to like this coffee stop. I like to ask for recommendations from workers when I try a new place and the kid taking my order was very nonchalant about anything that I asked. At one point her even said Idk it's whatever you want. Unfortunately I will not return to this location in but will try another location. Coffee was great.

This place went downhill a bit. I rather travel all the way to the Alameda location for better service. A lot of the kids working here at the Saratoga location are rude and got an attitude. Two of the tall guys at this location have a major attitude problem. If you don’t like working in customer service, go find another job, simple.

I ordered a medium strawberry watermelon energy, as well as 3 cans with syrups on the side. What my rewards is reflecting is that I got a medium drink, 2 larges and 2 cans. I received my medium and 3 cans with 2 syrups. I think I was overcharged as it was $29
