“In my first review (below), I said we would be back and we were. Again we shared the ceviche for appetizer, and then ordered two of the daily specials. The grilled Mahi with lemon-dill aeoli and roasted corn salsa got very high marks from our table. The Pina colada drizzled red fish with mango salsa was quite unlike any dish I've had before and a real winner. Both were served with rice and grilled veggies. Service was again extremely good and very personable. Very high marks on the food. And yes, we will return. I've attached photos of the entrees.----We shared the shrimp and scallop seviche appetizer and had the salmon caprese and mahi-mahi alto cocina with no special sauce for our entrees.The seviche was very nicely prepared and an ample helping served with homemade tortilla chips. A really nice blend of seafood, avocado with just the right amount of lime and in-rhe-background spicyiness. We are really glad we ordered this.Both entrees were really excellent with the fish perfectly cooked and both served with rice and their veggie of the day. Nicely done!BTW- the complementary homemade potato chips were also a hit at our table.Service was really good. We will be back to try your other dishes!”

“Ate all the oysters at the bar. Happy hour has half priced raw oysters, but not the cooked ones... The normal flavors were very good but the blue cheese and pecan fried have to be tried! The only down side was that the oysters were quite small and the portions for the cooked oysters were very small for the price. I did enjoy it but would not return because of the poor value.Parking: Parking is hard around here. Too many venues and not much parking.”

“This was my first visit, where I tried the Traditional Lamb Gyro. It was awesome. This is the only place to get an authentic Greek gyro in Corpus Christi outside of the awesome annual Greek festival in November.The Gyro was huge and the meat authentic, tasty, & well seasoned. The pita was fluffy & tasty. The tzatziki sauce is homemade with lots of dill & other spices.They offer other traditional Greek favorites on their regular menu, like spanikopita, dolmades, & baklava - and during the week they offer different traditional Greek entrees like mousaka and pasticio as specials Monday-Saturday.They also offer some American favorites and some creative Greek-American & Greek-Mex fusion dishes on their regular menu.Lastly, the service was awesome. The waitress was very nice & totally responsive.We'll be back.”

What a fortuitous accident that turned out to be.This is now the default date night destination for my wife and I.It's not an overly complicated menu but the things that they do they do very well.All the various appetizers are good, but we love the Gyoza. Several good choices for sushi rolls our favorite is the Ronin roll. I am a big fan of the Ronin beef bowl and my wife loves the Nola bowl.”

My husband ordered the fish tacos the picture on the menu does not justice the tacos are huge he ordered the blackened fish I believe is what it was called he loved it. He even ordered a fried fish taco because he thought the tacos were small they were delicious. The pirates soup was good it had sausage flavor and tomatoe based it was good I couldn’t really taste sea food. I didn’t take pictures because we were exhausted from the beach but this is a place I will return to when in corpus.”

The owner was drunk off his (you know what) (DOHisA) the lady next to him also (DOHerA) the girl next to her was blitzed as in gone. Not a good look for them. And owners should never be behind the bar while drunk. The bartender was new but excellent. The food was :/. With the right marketing and management this place could and should be packed every night its open. There are two bars with in walking distance and should be utilized to y’all’s benefit.You also need to make people feel welcome when they come in and not make it your personal playground, because that’s what it felt like.So please step up your game!!”

“Two days ago, I went to have my birthday dinner with my s/o, and we are from the opening day era who would tell everyone and their mothers about how great the place is. We have many memories and friendships made through this place, so it's a traditional visit for us.To our disappointment, they have drastically changed. A huge reason my husband enjoyed coming here was the sweet potato fries, and we were informed by that once we finally got a server. (I'm not sure what he was doing, but it was around 20 minutes after we got a table when he showed up.)I understand that the restaurant business is never 100% perfect, so that's not an issue, and our guy got a good tip for his service no matter what occurred.A soda was ordered just before a question for the mango margarita and then two waters. We had our usual appetizer, the Chorizo Queso dip. Always the absolute best. Highly recommend it.I was on the hunt for their pasta, and of course, it's changed to a Cajuin style w shrimp and mushrooms. I'm not a huge fan of either, so I was recommended to try Bacon Chicken Mac.I've had this before as well, and it was amazing the first time, but I can definitely say they've changed the way it's made. I asked for extra chicken as well, thinking it would be the grilled filet cut into slices, and I was seriously disappointed to find small, unseasoned chicken chunks that were chewy and hard to enjoy.The husband had the spicy chicken sandwich with fries, and that was immaculate ✨️I was lucky they gave him a huge chicken patty, and he sliced around the parts that didn't fit into his bread, and I substituted it with my Mac so I could eat. It saved the evening's meal for sure.The server was overwhelmed, and we hardly saw him most of the evening, but the supervisors came over to us more than enough to make up for the tough spot he was in. Thanks for making your services easier on those guys. He kept up with refills and making sure we got everything we needed.The service is great. The atmosphere is always good. Food? Needs to be looked at more closely and held to a higher standard like it was before. We didn't stay for dessert because we had a long way to go back home, unfortunately.I've discussed the quality with some of my group who used to frequent the restaurant, and I'd say we can all agree the food quality has definitely changed from back in the beginning.Parking: Parking lot is neighbors with Walmart and so there is always plenty of parking. They have a huge section for handicap and veterans which is really awesomeKid-friendliness: I would say if your kids can handle loud and dark atmospheres, then it's okay inside. The manager also came by to check on me. I love the whole vibe there. I love the volume of the music and the music they play.The food was also good. It came out at the right temperature and was seasoned well. My whole experience was great. Montana was so sweet and friendly. She made me feel at home. Keep up the great work! “I have ordered delivery before, but tonight was the first time going in. Everyone was very friendly and attentive, even though they were clearly busy with tons of delivery orders. They definitely have a good rhythm with taking care of all orders.We were able to look at the menu while we were seated and then go up to the counter to order. Our orders were out very quickly. I had the sesame chicken, and my husband tried the Mongolian beef. They were both great! Neither one of us was able to finish the entire meal, but on top of having to go boxes and everything available for us to grab; we were also brought some fortune cookies and boxes at the best possible time.The atmosphere, food, prices and friendly staff are all wonderful. We'll definitely be back! Especially to try some of the authentic Chinese dishes.”

We had a hankering all week for tiki drinks and she pointed us to a couple that we on the menu. No shocker, these did not disappoint and were perfectly balanced. I have lived here in Corpus for over 25 years and this is by far the best pizza we have ever had. The "Bruckner Boulevard Bianca" and "City Island Lasagna" are to die for. We usually order two pizzas to go every Sunday and they reheat up so well in the toaster oven days later. Staff is also amazing every time we pickup.”

Also the best meat dish is the carne guisada. As a plus the tacos are less expensive at this location versus other locations. For now on I'm eating here often. Great food. Great prices. Great people. The packaging was awesome they put only beans and meat on the tortilla and the tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and sour cream were separate in the carryout dish for self application. This one is even better than the one's near my area which is impressing when I came here I had some chips and salsa as well as a sausage and bean taco the chips were crispy just as they should be they were also warm the salsa was complimenting to the chips with a good amount of flavor but now onto the taco the sausage was flavorful and savory the beans were also very flavorful with the right amount of saltiness I didn't have to worry about adding extra salt to anything and the Tortilla my goodness the tortilla is was SO good it was to the point you can tell that it was homemade and made fresh in the restaurant very soft and definitely was worthy of tastiness my mother also wanted me to type her opinion by saying the carne guisada was by her the best that she's ever had here! Dimly lit, pool table, small stage for live bands on the weekend. When I came in, there were 10 ladies and gentlemen having an 8-ball pool tournament which added immensely to the ambiance. The food here was incredible. I ordered the voodoo burger and bacon wrapped shrimp. I was blown away by the high quality of food in such a dingy looking place. I will say, it would be nice if they partnered up with local breweries to have on tap such as Nueces or Rebel Toad for example. The beer glasses were extra cold and icy to the touch. The appetizers were very tasty, I tried the gator bites and the black mussels. There wasn’t much service provided, but the bartender was very friendly and attentive when available. I can’t see why I wouldn’t return.”

I'd go back for the food.There was a nice selection of draft beer available. I only tried one house beer, the black IPA. It was nothing special. The other beers were ok. I would not go back for the beer.The only real problem was how long it took to get my food. The place wasn't that crowded, but it took well over a half hour to just get my appetizer. Dinner followed quickly after that, though.”

Ordering is way different to any other place you've probably been to. Like there are several lines for specific types of tacos you're looking for. In my opinion, it's not really efficient for the customer, it felt it was more efficient for the cooks as they had specific stations to serve from. So if you'd want different types of tacos, you may have to stand in different lines and sometimes the wait is like 10-20 minutes long. Then you had to get in a different line to pay for your food. I think the prices were right, and the food was good. Since we were in a group, we took the concept of divide and conquer to get what we all wanted while saving time ordering and standing in line. There is already plans to visit their flagship location in San Diego when the opportunity arises.”

The server was fun and perfectly attentive to our groups needs and requests. The chef put on a great show for us and the food was cooked to perfection! Portion sizes were large- we have plenty of leftovers for a second meal! Overall, a great experience by everyone! Pricing, to include drinks and tip, averaged out to about $50 per person. “It has been my second time I have been to this restaurants drive-thru. And I enjoyed my food. The wings skin was crispy, which I like even more. I ate the Hawaiian bone in chicken wings. If you like a little sweetness with just a hint of spicy this definitely is a place to go, or if you want a little more of the heat I'm sure one can order a combination of sauces. I'm definitely going again.”

“Ok I'm writing this review because the way these employees are treated by others is so wrong' I went this morning for breakfast and while I waited at the second window a maroon truck pulled up really fast and the young lady asked her something and the lady from the truck started screaming and yelling at the cashier over a burrito something was wrong with it. I heard the cashier ask her if she wanted it remade and she was very sorry and the woman proceeded to call your cashier stupid. Then the cashier disappear and then came back with a bag and told the woman again she was very sorry and she remade it herself. And the woman told her she needed to pay the fuc* attention when she is making food and to get a real job* this cashier handled it better than I would have. I'm assuming this young lady was the cashier not the cook and they were very busy and no one deserves to be treated like that . Your cashier is always nice and polite when we come . Just wanted you to know your cashier kept apologizing to the lady and the lady kept screaming at her. Great food by the way.Kid-friendliness: Has a small play area”

“The fish shrimp and oyster basket was delicious as the onion rings were good. Calamari was a little chewy but good. My mom ordered the shrimp basket she liked it as well. My husband ordered the fish tacos the picture on the menu does not justice the tacos are huge he ordered the blackened fish I believe is what it was called he loved it. He even ordered a fried fish taco because he thought the tacos were small they were delicious. The pirates soup was good it had sausage flavor and tomatoe based it was good I couldn’t really taste sea food. I didn’t take pictures because we were exhausted from the beach but this is a place I will return to when in corpus.”
