We hired Eddie's Restaurant to cater and serve for 300 servings. The food was so delicious. Fresh homemade tortillas. They Made two menus for us which included all supplies, drinks, take out plates,salsa, utensils, Friendly and professional servers and management. Everyone enjoyed the food. We had experienced their food before .
We went with a large group from church and the staff and owner were so accommodating with moving so many tables together ❤️ the carne guisada was the BEST I've ever tasted! I had the cheese enchiladas 😋 the cheese was soooo good! Thank you for wonderful service, I felt like we were family with all the restaurant crew! Definitely will be coming back!
my family lived in Corpus for 23 years. We absolutely loved Eddie's. we moved to Missouri four years ago and have craved the food fromEddie's. Their salsa absolutely the best. we recently went to Corpus and of course at at Eddie's every day we were there. we found out that they now have their salsa jard!!! we bought a case. I made breakfast tacos this morning and the salsa made them taste like home. thank you Eddie's for jarring the salsa.
