my family lived in Corpus for 23 years. We absolutely loved Eddie's. we moved to Missouri four years ago and have craved the food fromEddie's. Their salsa absolutely the best. we recently went to Corpus and of course at at Eddie's every day we were there. we found out that they now have their salsa jard!!! we bought a case. I made breakfast tacos this morning and the salsa made them taste like home. thank you Eddie's for jarring the salsa.
I judge a Mexican restaurant, strictly by the beans. Their refried beans are the BEST. Dark and a touch of oil from the bacon grease.
They’re not light-colored or has that saucy texture.
Those that know their beans know what I’m talking about.
