“First time trying the new olive garden, we had an 18 top table and at first it did seem a little rocky. We had 2 serves, 1 was very experienced and the other seemed like he was new and still learning. The experienced server made sure she greeted herself loud enough for everyone you hear and also with a smile on her face. She also went around a second time to make sure all drink were properly accounted for. Once drinks had been received it came the time to order, and this is what really amazed me.
The 2 servers we had, also had other tables they were tending to and also keep in mind an experienced worker is working with and inexperienced worker so it slows and complicates things more. BUT NOT FOR THIS OLIVE GARDEN.
2 managers automatically started to take orders. One on each end of the table and after, they collaborated to make sure everyone was accounted for. Food came out fast and correct and the rest of the night was smooth. Seeing the managers take charge and lead their employees from the front of the line instead of bossing from the back was amazing to see. So much that I had to catch the name of the general manager on the outside of the building. So to Laurie and her team there at Olive Garden continue the hard work and team effort. I love establishments where you see the love and willingness to help eachother. I will recommend this olive garden over the one by the mall any day!!“

“A pizza with anchovies makes my heart soar! I have been sick for a week and am finally feeling normal. I have been craving the works since Monday. I was at the door before it opened and 22 minutes later walked out with the BEST pizza in town. Yes anchovies and pineapple goes on pizza....thanks guys“
“The show was great!! Steve-O was hilarious, as always, and I would definitely return to this venue, as the location is very convenient for us! The staff was attentative and respectful. The drinks and tickets were reasonably priced compared to many other venues. This made preferred seating affordable for us and we were very close to the stage! The venue does lose one star because toilets and soap dispensers were broken in bathrooms. It was also hot inside throughout the show and it may have been a bit overpacked. Definitely not deal-breakers for us and we will plan to return the next time a show catches our attention!“

“Highly recommend Luciano’s. Great atmosphere, food, customer service and management all together make this a great experience. Mr. Matthew, one of the managers, served us during our dinner visit. They were needing some help serving and he had no problem filling the spot because this team of professionals work well as a team. Many from the team have been working together for many years. This is the where you achieve the inviting welcoming family atmosphere. This, along with the great food, made our experience a great one. Thank you Mr. Matthew, we will be visiting again soon.“
