I love Rigatonis. Service is always excellent,food is always good and the owners is awesome. This is my favorite date night place to go to. Lunch or dinner you will never go wrong.
suck as place to eat...waitress was rude trying to rush us out of there...then screws up our order and tries to play it off like it was our fault...then wants to charge a 7 dollar service charge ..hell to the no...then the owner comes out and yells at my sil when she left a review...this place sucks don't eat there..

The service is quick through the drive through, and the staff is amazing and very nice. The store is very clean, with a very relaxing atmosphere and very reasonable prices. Popular meals include the pepperoni pizza, Baked Rigatoni Casserole, lasagna, and chicken and shrimp pasta. The food is delicious, though some reviews note the food has changed, with the Tomato Basil soup becoming tart instead of creamy. The food has gone up in price, and charges for small cups of marinara and Parmesan cheese, as well as garlic on a child's plate, seem too pricey. The drive through has customers waiting just as long or longer than inside, and there is no curbside pickup option. The manager has been rude, which is a turn off for what otherwise would be a great business. The atmosphere is great, and most servers are really great too, with one server having great energy and nice presence. The lasagna is fine, but lacks rich, flavorful, fresh taste, though a $14.99 lasagna meal cannot be expected to be 5-star quality.
