The marsala sauce was inedible and I was told "that's how it's supposed to be" noted.. I'll take the ticket and you'll never see me support this business again.
I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel this needs to be said. After seeing and hearing consistent concerns about how this business is run, I can no longer support it.
The owner may present herself professionally, but behind the scenes the environment is very different. Employees often feel like they have to walk on eggshells when she’s in a bad mood. The service is quick through the drive through, and the staff is amazing and very nice. The store is very clean, with a very relaxing atmosphere and very reasonable prices. Popular meals include the pepperoni pizza, Baked Rigatoni Casserole, lasagna, and chicken and shrimp pasta. The food is delicious, though some reviews note the food has changed, with the Tomato Basil soup becoming tart instead of creamy. The food has gone up in price, and charges for small cups of marinara and Parmesan cheese, as well as garlic on a child's plate, seem too pricey. The drive through has customers waiting just as long or longer than inside, and there is no curbside pickup option. The manager has been rude, which is a turn off for what otherwise would be a great business. The atmosphere is great, and most servers are really great too, with one server having great energy and nice presence. The lasagna is fine, but lacks rich, flavorful, fresh taste, though a $14.99 lasagna meal cannot be expected to be 5-star quality.
