I had the beef tips today and it was DELICIOUS. My vegetables were cooked perfectly- even a crispy carrot. Perfect, perfect tomato basil soup.
Marco's Lunch Club is literally giving me life. I haven't been able to eat all day because of some ongoing dental work I had this morning. I have been craving Marco's for weeks & today needed* to be the day I had it when I was feeling like a kicked dog. It was everything I needed it to be & more. Marcoβs and Co, and Kathy, are incredibly professional and easy to work with. We hired them to cater for our small wedding (~65 attendees including bridal party, vendors, and security), and Kathy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to recommendations, and even provided reasons for why they did certain things they way they did (bowtie pasta for alfredo due to it being attire friendly when it came to sauce, unlike fettuccine).
