“was welcomed w an amazing attitude. the cashier made great convo with me and my boyfriend about anime and we got into the topic about the decorations. their halloween decorations are adorable but the ones i loved the most was the minecraft lego’s !! really made my night. 10/10 recommend this subway“

“What a wonderful staff they have awesome system, sandwiches are fresh especially the Bread is nice and soft. They are the reason I signed up for the App they are always smiling and they work hard. Store is always clean and I usually don’t eat at fast food place but this is way to cool to pass up and feel welcome. Great Job to the Team.“

“I am a senior citizen who is not that familiar on using food apps. I walked in the Subway on Port. I was greeted as soon as I walk in. I asked the young man if he would assist me on placing an app order. He responded sure as soon as he was done making a customer's order. Another young male employee walks in and offers to help me. Both young men were very polite, professional and very helpful. The manger and staff on the Saratoga store need to take lessons from these to young men.“

“The workers there were probably the best that I have had at any subway. The lady who made my sandwich was Cassandra. She was super welcoming when I first walked in. When I put my order I get the sandwich toasted. While it was toasting she was asking how my day was going and we were having a really nice conversation. Sometimes some workers don't put a lot of sauce, but my sandwich was made exactly how I like it with the perfect amount of sauce. This has become my favorite subway to go to because of the customer service and the quality of the sandwich.“

“I called this store today to order a couple of sandwich trays for a group of 15 people. Diana took my call and I explained the online form was not working. She took my order, called me a few minutes before it was due to be ready to let me know everything was good to go, and when I arrived, she helped me pack everything into my car. My team was impressed with the trays when I arrived. I see a lot of bad reviews for this store, but Diana was great and saved the day for our hungry crew.“

“Very friendly, attentive, and patient customer service. The lady who helped us at the register worked through my parent's broken english and showed us how we could get a prize by spinning a wheel for our purchase of over $35. She explained everything so that we'd understand easily. I got a free cookie! lol“

“Food is 3 stars because it's cooked pretty fast and has a good taste except sometimes the bread and meat isnt the best

Service is 4 stars because it's not long but not quick either it take 10minutes to get everything done

Atmosphere is 5 stars because it's perfect tempature and good smell

But 1 star for how the tables are because the tables are wobbly

“Came in after a long 16 hour shift. The food was everything id hoped for and the service was OUTSTANDING!. Nicole and Ryan were the most delightful people with amazing customer service. Really helped ease the stress of the long drive home I had ahead of me.“

“Great service except one lady who was working was very, very loud. She yelled instead of spoke in a regular way. Store is very clean, food was fresh. There was a line but it went very fast as there were two people working on sandwiches. I ordered a turkey sandwich and it was delicious. I will be back for sure. Thank you Subway!“

“Great food for a healthy meal idea. Customize it anyway you'd like. My go to is the basic Tuna on Multi grain bread, with only Mayo, Pickles and Pepper. So simple to make at home.. but there's something about that tuna.. can't recreate it. Order ahead on the app and pick it up by the soda fountain.“

“We have been to quite a few different subways and this one is amazing.
2 ladies working.
They were so polite.
We were there less than 10 minutes!
We spent an hour at the Three Rivers Subway off hwy 72.
This Subway you walk in they greet you and right away ask you for your order. One of them even added asking if we wanted any soup and that made me want to get some so I did. The place was spotless and the assembly they had was on point.
Way to go!!“

“A took a trip to the subway located in the walmart in flour bluff for a an afternoon lunch break and was so pleased with the employee there she was kind and reassuring towards me .she had ginger hair and glasses (10/15 was the day of my visit)“

The workers were staying busy.. which shows great work ethic.
But my favorite part was they were amazing, hilarious, super nice, great atmosphere due to them being amazing. I will comeback purely for them. The food is very good though. Quality.

These people need a raise! This is the first subway I’ve been to, where I did not have to wait for them to get off their phone. Not only that it’s the first time I actually wanted to stay and sit at a subway just because of the atmosphere in there was amazing. I don’t know their names but I hope this finds them well.“

“Used to to work downtown and went to lunch here everyday! It is almost like a club, everyone goes there. These sandwiches remind me of my Nana's. You can also enjoy the daily lunch specials. Desserts are available!, gotta mention the cookies! Delicious!“

“The only reason this place is getting a 5 star is because the one worker Carl is killing it. All by himself. I know he shouldn’t be alone but he is, he doing the best he can to kill the line and do the online ordering. The manager or one of co-workers should be here with him. “Good customer service goes such a long way. As a vegan there’s limited places I can eat out with my family who are not vegan. Jackie was sweet enough to switch out her gloves for me when it came to my sandwich and something so small meant so much to me, considering a lot of times people can get really annoyed with my accommodations. I appreciate Jackie and her kindness and everyone else was also extremely nice. Great service and place to stop at for lunch.“

“I ordered the daily special which was the meatball sub. I told them not to toast my sub, but the girl did it anyway. That's my only complaint about this location. I had to take stars away because the girl didn't do what I asked her and the sub wasn't prepared the way I asked!“

The supporting staff for the night must have been great, because the restaurant was clean and looked to be in working order, but again, the standout of the night was Alex, his craft, and the winning personality behind it.“
