“I called this store today to order a couple of sandwich trays for a group of 15 people. Diana took my call and I explained the online form was not working. She took my order, called me a few minutes before it was due to be ready to let me know everything was good to go, and when I arrived, she helped me pack everything into my car. My team was impressed with the trays when I arrived. I see a lot of bad reviews for this store, but Diana was great and saved the day for our hungry crew.“

“Placed a lunch order online and picked up at this location. Took our lunch to the beach and my husband's sandwich was prepared incorrectly ( he did eat half). My salad, however, was delicious! It was so filling and fresh! We went back after leaving the beach hoping my husband's sub could be remade correctly. A real nice girl, Josie, got a hold of the manager and resolved the issue right away. She was able to remake my husband's sub. Thank you Josie!! Thank you to the manager!“

“I am a senior citizen who is not that familiar on using food apps. I walked in the Subway on Port. I was greeted as soon as I walk in. I asked the young man if he would assist me on placing an app order. He responded sure as soon as he was done making a customer's order. Another young male employee walks in and offers to help me. Both young men were very polite, professional and very helpful. The manger and staff on the Saratoga store need to take lessons from these to young men.“

“Very friendly, attentive, and patient customer service. The lady who helped us at the register worked through my parent's broken english and showed us how we could get a prize by spinning a wheel for our purchase of over $35. She explained everything so that we'd understand easily. I got a free cookie! lol“

“Had a great experience at this Subway! The lady who made our sandwiches was amazing — very friendly, cheerful, and treated us with great respect. She was patient, attentive, and made our food beyond expectations. You could clearly see she cares about her work and customers.

We visited on Friday, December 26th in the afternoon, and although I didn’t catch her name, she was working hard and deserved recognition. I would give her all 5 stars for the service and quality.

“This location recently got a complete needed overhaul visually and with its staff. It is now friendly, efficient, well stocked and most importantly they have my order ready on time and not 30 minutes later. All this in stark contrast to what it was just a month back. Great turn around, try not to mess it up.“

“You can tell the guy that made my dipper didn't want to be at work or just a rude person, passive aggressive.. Very short and blamed his co worker for ringing up her customers items and he mistakenly rang it and charged customer twice blaming the female coworker... And if he's working I'd rather go somewhere with a better atmosphere.

Roll-up dippers is all bread.. unrolled dipper 3 times to get to the pepperoni.“

“This place is definitely getting upgrades because I eat here a lot and it's just keeps getting better. The young lady working when I came in made my subs with a smile she was fast and curtious she had a lil rush going on and she handled it.. My sub was perfect thank you for such a great experience.“

“It was raining and manuel did his absolute best to keep his cool when things weren’t going his way he had some disrespectful people rushing him and kept his cool and gave me perfect service and Tim also helped with this good manner.“

“Great food for a healthy meal idea. Customize it anyway you'd like. My go to is the basic Tuna on Multi grain bread, with only Mayo, Pickles and Pepper. So simple to make at home.. but there's something about that tuna.. can't recreate it. Order ahead on the app and pick it up by the soda fountain.“

“Food was pretty good, but the service was GREAT! Carl put up with mine and my daughter's (teenager) hundred questions, silly jokes, and nitpicky requests like a friggin champion! Laughed at our corny jokes, and was nothing but graceful with all our BS. We truly put him to the test, and late at night, right before closing. He ought tobe a manager or something (who knows, maybe he was)...
P.S. the other employee was fantastic too, but Carl knew how to roll with the punches like it was nothin! Thanks man. ..“

“A took a trip to the subway located in the walmart in flour bluff for a an afternoon lunch break and was so pleased with the employee there she was kind and reassuring towards me .she had ginger hair and glasses (10/15 was the day of my visit)“

“Great service except one lady who was working was very, very loud. She yelled instead of spoke in a regular way. Store is very clean, food was fresh. There was a line but it went very fast as there were two people working on sandwiches. I ordered a turkey sandwich and it was delicious. I will be back for sure. Thank you Subway!“

“Food is 3 stars because it's cooked pretty fast and has a good taste except sometimes the bread and meat isnt the best

Service is 4 stars because it's not long but not quick either it take 10minutes to get everything done

Atmosphere is 5 stars because it's perfect tempature and good smell

But 1 star for how the tables are because the tables are wobbly

“The place was overall clean and had a good atmosphere. Cierra helped me out and she is so amazing. Definitely deserves a raise or some kind of reward. She was very helpful, kind, attentive, and had a great attitude! Absolutely love her. Definitely will be coming back to this location.“

“Went in to pick up lunch today and James made our sandwiches. HE DID AMAZING! very thoughtful and happy to be there. He is working hard and you can tell he cares. His coworkers on the other hand were so rude to him. He deserves better and hopefully they see how great he is. Best sandwich I have had from this location in YEARS.“

“We have been to quite a few different subways and this one is amazing.
2 ladies working.
They were so polite.
We were there less than 10 minutes!
We spent an hour at the Three Rivers Subway off hwy 72.
This Subway you walk in they greet you and right away ask you for your order. One of them even added asking if we wanted any soup and that made me want to get some so I did. The place was spotless and the assembly they had was on point.
Way to go!!“

“I went to the one on leopard and upriver and a guy named Jacob served me he was very kind and polite and he made my sandwich absolutely perfect I enjoyed my meal so much not everyone makes it the way I like I have to tell them more pepper a whole bunch of times I told I want it to make you sneeze and he did it perfect!!! 0-5 stars I give this one a 10! “This is me and my husbands favorite subway to go to. They are always fast and customer service is great. Today when I went in they were dealing with an angry customer complaining about the process of them making the pizza. These workers need a raise dealing with these kind of ridiculous customers.“

“I ordered the daily special which was the meatball sub. I told them not to toast my sub, but the girl did it anyway. That's my only complaint about this location. I had to take stars away because the girl didn't do what I asked her and the sub wasn't prepared the way I asked!“

“I came expecting a mundane meal as many others at subway have been, insert Alex, an absolute artisan. He carefully selected only the finest ingredients for me almost as if it was a passion. The supporting staff for the night must have been great, because the restaurant was clean and looked to be in working order, but again, the standout of the night was Alex, his craft, and the winning personality behind it.“
