“It wasn't busy and as I got there i was greeted by a team member and they took my ordor process was only 3 mins and the food came out nice and hot I did have to walk home so it was a little cold nothing a microwave can't fix lmao but that's my fault and everyone there was supper nice and helpful I loved the atmosphere and the food would come again.“

“I like how they do their ordering. There is a knowledgeable person taking orders from you. They also have their pick up area set up in the drive through so that they walk to your car with your order. Exceptional customer service. You are through the long lines very quickly.“

Also, unlike other locations, they don’t let paying customers use the restroom—likely due to the local homeless population. As a traveler passing through, that was tough. “We want to give a huge thank you to the entire team for making our son's birthday so special! Since Wienerschnitzel is his absolute favorite place to eat, having his birthday here was a dream come true for him.
The staff went above and beyond. They reserved tables and chairs for our party, treated everyone with so much kindness, and even took the time to show our son how the restaurant operates behind the scenes. They surprised him with some Wienerschnitzel merchandise, and you could see how excited and happy he was.
He told us this was by far the best birthday he's ever had, and that's all because of the amazing people working here. Your kindness, patience, and generosity made memories our family will never forget.

“Out of 6 cruncy tacos purchased they literally has a smear of meat, id say Less than a teaspoon! Absolutely ridiculous and so blatantly stealing! Two Gorditas, both cold! It only took 6 minutes, and the young lady who walked it to me deserves recognition because her attitude and demeanor was exactly what the status quo should be. Mz. Ariana smiled, introduced herself by name, and when I asked if all was in the bag as I had requested, she told me to check just in case. I did, and there were some condiments not included. “I went into this restaurant (flour bluff) and ordered a chicken sandwich. Tap payed, received my food and left. Upon coming home I see my transaction on my cash app was declined due to the card being locked. I said. Hmmm but I got my food. How'd this happen. I called the store and tried to pay for my food. The woman who answered the phone happened to be the same woman who took my order. After explaining the situation and me wanting to make it right she happily said no sir it was only a few dollars. It's no problem. Look! To me. The way this company trains its employees and the environment is beyond amazing. She went over and beyond to not make me feel uncomfortable even tho it was completely my fault that my card was locked. Her customer service is a 10+. Not that I need free food not my rant or they should just give food away. The point is that this employee did her job and felt completely comfortable doing what she did knowing obviously the values of the company.
