Tl;dr version: they got my order wrong and I couldn't come back immediately. I also couldn't call because their number is disconnected. I returned the next morning and the teenage girl up front was extremely condescending. She told me it would be a little bit of a wait since they had orders in front of mine. Sure mine was the night before but whatever. A little wait won't bother me much. Long story short, I walked out an hour later, extremely mad, without my food, a refund, or even so much as an apology for the inconvenience. She also told me the franchise owner had quit the day before. Ummmmm, what? Lol. But she reiterated a few times that it was my fault for not driving 45 minutes back once I got home and realized their mistake. I'm sure this girl has a bright future in just above minimum wage service jobs. I called corporate, nobody called me back. I submitted feedback on the website, and I'm assured somebody will get back to me within a few days. Somehow I doubt that.
