“I recently tried the gizzards from Pete’s Chicken, and they were so good! They were cooked just right, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with really great flavor in every bite. You can tell they were made fresh and seasoned well. I also noticed the batter is lighter compared to the gizzards from Chicken Express, which made them feel less heavy but still really satisfying. Definitely hit the spot if you’re craving good comfort food. I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you’re in the mood for some good comfort food.“

“Hands down the best roast chicken I've had in Corpus Christi. It's roasted at the perfect temperature so it stays super juicy, not dry at all.

The price is unbeatable — you can get 4 quarter legs for $6 and it comes with onions and tortillas. I personally don't love the rice and beans, so I always just get the chicken.

I wish they had a good salsa to go with it, but honestly for that price I don't mind making my own at home.

“Shrimp and tarter sauce taste just like The original boat &net. Fish was a tad bit salty. Everything is cooked fresh as ordered. If you want chicken it will be a 25-30 min cook waiting time. So I didn't taste the chicken. Prices are $10-$20 per person. Overall not bad. Very friendly workers.“

“This is a great group of people working together as a team the only reason I gave 3 stars for atmosphere is because it was so cold I had to take my food and eat in the car but they are running around working so hard and fast I would need it cold in there too so not a big deal really. “Went to drive thru for an 8 pc family box of mild chicken.They said they were out of biscuits but could substitute with a pie. When I get to windwow they have biscuits now. The mngr brought them from another location. Okay. Paid, was asked to pull up. 20 mn later I went in and asked what was the delay. They were waiting for chicken to cook. I was the only one in line when I arrived. This location has issues like this every time. There's no hustle.“

“It had fun decor with a warm atmosphere The people were sweet and overall seem like they tolerate their job, while we were in there there was a bit of a situation with a person that appeared to be a reoccurring customer demanding coleslaw Even though they were out I think they handled it pretty well considering he was being very loud and threatening they apologize that we had to witness that situation, so overall the employees are professional and have really good customer service skills. We got tea and pressure pot chicken The tea wasn't terribly sweet like at other places which I personally enjoyed, we also got biscuits as well as french fries, The french fries were hot The biscuits were warm the honey was delicious on the biscuits and the pressure pot chicken melted on my tongue and had good seasonings it was clean, disability friendly, enjoyable I would recommend.“
