“I recently tried the gizzards from Pete’s Chicken, and they were so good! They were cooked just right, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with really great flavor in every bite. You can tell they were made fresh and seasoned well. I also noticed the batter is lighter compared to the gizzards from Chicken Express, which made them feel less heavy but still really satisfying. Definitely hit the spot if you’re craving good comfort food. I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you’re in the mood for some good comfort food.“

“Such a wonderful experience. I had a large catering order and they were wonderful! I was absolutely blown away at the ease of things. I was worried about timing & as I walked into the location, they were ready to walk me to my car with all the meals , which is what I specifically asked for. I wanted to show up, pay, & leave due to traveling with the meals. When I arrived they assured me everything was included and they even provided me with a complimentary drink. “Hands down the best roast chicken I've had in Corpus Christi. It's roasted at the perfect temperature so it stays super juicy, not dry at all.

The price is unbeatable — you can get 4 quarter legs for $6 and it comes with onions and tortillas. I personally don't love the rice and beans, so I always just get the chicken.

I wish they had a good salsa to go with it, but honestly for that price I don't mind making my own at home.

“This is a great group of people working together as a team the only reason I gave 3 stars for atmosphere is because it was so cold I had to take my food and eat in the car but they are running around working so hard and fast I would need it cold in there too so not a big deal really. They apologized for the wait but it wasn't long and I got hot fresh wings so worth the wait the woman's bathroom was very clean too.“

The manager there named ROB was a super nice guy and his team seemed to follow his lead. They were working as a team and everyone had a smile on their face. Great job guys! “I tried this place a week ago for the first, I forgot to bring my lunch and it’s close to my job. I was very impressed, first of all, the lobby is very clean, I received the best customer service from the employees, once I tried the chicken, I was hooked! “Stop here on our way out of Corpus Christi back to San Antonio. Chicken and sides were fresh and tasted good. Inly issue we had was with the onion rings. Seems like they didnt put enough batter on them and they tasted a little off. Other than that, everything was great!“
