“This is a great restaurant. However on the delivery driver side of things. There is an awkward area that you stand and no one will acknowledge you until the customers see you being overlooked. I recommend more acknowledgement for the delivery driver even if it's to give you an update on how long it will be. Or just add heated bookshelf area where dashers go in front of a camera and are able to grab order and not steal because they are being recorded“

The cashier was polite and friendly. The rest of the staff, not so much. This was my first time trying this restaurant. “I went to Pete’s on Port today for a very late dinner. I went through the drive thru cause I was in a rush to just get home. The girl (Rosa E on receipt) taking my order was so nice. She seemed so cheery and patient. It was late in the evening and I’ll be honest you don’t get that kind of service everywhere especially when it’s later in the day. She really went out of her way to make it a good experience just by being nice not even knowing it was a long day for me. I would definitely recommend Pete’s on Port.
