I was told there would be a 15-minute wait on the chicken thighs. I waited for 30 minutes. I had asked for French Fries as a side, and I guess they packed those immediately because they were cold and not fresh at all. The guy boxing the food, crammed the chicken in and them pushed hard on the top of the box, like he was smashing my food in. I do not want smashed food. This is my fourth time going there and one time my order has been correct. I will give them another try...read full review
