The drink machine for the drive thru was broken. The fries were barely warm. They did not have any apple pies made. The fries were the most disappointing, I really like hot fries.
Sean deserves a raise for dealing with me at the end of his shift when the frappe machine was down and I was definitely grouchier than the situation called for. Instead of matching my attitude, he was ridiculously kind, patient, and forgiving—honestly way nicer than I deserved. Sean, thank you for not throwing a McNugget at me and for still giving great customer service after a long shift. McDonald’s is lucky to have you.
Honestly a 50/50 split of whether I’m going to have a regular drive thru experience or if I’m going to be missing parts of my order. I’m not the kind of person to write bad reviews but I have simply had frequent experiences here of missing food items/incorrect orders. Today I was shorted a medium fry and yes while that’s 3 bucks it just really drags down the experience, especially after they closed the window on me without giving me my card back.
