Phobe is a great worker on Saratoga and airline
I placed my order thru the mobile app. Waited curbside for literally 30 minutes before my food came out. Once it came out the fries were cold the nuggets were hard. I rarely visit this location and when I do I’m reminded why I don’t.
The Burger had no flavor at all. The poor woman had to bring this bag to me. She must have been in her 80's. She is working her ass off. Take care of her. It is extremely ridiculous that we have to send our retirement folks back to work.

McDonald's has received mixed reviews. Some customers have experienced issues with their orders, finding them to be incorrect or incomplete, and have had problems with drive-thru service, including understaffed windows and dirty facilities. However, others have had positive experiences with friendly and attentive staff, particularly at the drive-thru, who have provided excellent customer service. The atmosphere is lively, making it a fun experience for customers, and some outdoor seating areas allow for a relaxed environment. While not a traditional dog grooming spot, McDonald's can be a unique place to enjoy a meal with a well-behaved dog, as long as customers are prepared with supplies. Recently, a customer praised a young staff member at the drive-thru for being friendly and making them feel welcomed, leading to plans to return. Although some have noted that the fries weren't cooked thoroughly and the burgers seem smaller than before, many appreciate the fast service and lively atmosphere.
