Went to the drive-thru to pick up dinner. I ordered two 2pc fish w/ fried okra & mashed potatoes. Also ordered one 2pc chicken w/fried okra & mashed potatoes and spent $34. They had me pull up to wait for my order. No problem because you want your food cooked fresh and to be hot.NO LIE!! I waited 25 minutes as I saw many cars come and go frim behind me. That's not why I gave low stars. The chicken was SO COLD & DRIED OUT as if it were cooked early that morning. (Reminding you I said I was picking up dinner) Now let's talk about the okra!!! One reason to have to drive up and wait for your order is because YOU'D THINK they will be cooking it fresh. SO SO SO WRONG! This was the saddest excuse for them to even have okra on the menu! Now the fish on other hand was still warm (not hot, but warm) which is why the food received one star. We had to throw out the chicken and one of us at the okra any way. The mash potatoes we just had to re-heat in the microwave. I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY I HAD TO WAIT 25 MINUTES???? I gave one star for service only because the staff greeted me with a smile.

It’s a damn shame you have to take out a bank loan to eat there and god. Forbid you ask for gravy as one of your sides. Way overpriced won’t be around much longer.

Very disappointed of my large order purchase. I called in a telephone order at 2030 for two 16 piece family meals for a 2130 pickup. Stephanie had great customer service over the phone and stated the order would drop once I arrived since I was paying with cash. I arrived at 2130, paid and saw my order pulled from a warmer side and all. The chicken was over cooked and skin fragmented. I felt very sad serving this to my coworkers and apologized for the state of the food. If the workers ever been to a chicken express in the fort Worth and Dallas area they will have to acknowledge that what I was given was substandard. I'm not the type to request a refund. I just don't return to a location with subpar food.
Went through drive thru and was told it would be about a 5 min wait. 20 minutes later I got my order of jerky tenders and cold livers. The only thing worth value was the tea and the gravy. Save your money and skip the place.

I have came two nights in a row and both times they have denied me to service me with fried gizzards ! Friday it was 9pm and they said they couldn't serve me the gizzards cause they sold out of fish and was gonna clean there fryers! I come sat at 9pm the same thing they couldn't make me the fried gizzards ! I don't understand when h close at 10 pm ! You have a whole hr to serve customers !!

I'm surprised I didn't take my orders back to the counter. I guess I wasn't in the mood to complain. However, both mine and my son's chicken tenders were terrible. They were dried up like they were sitting there since the day before. The rolls were a little hard and served cold as well. Dissatisfied this go around. Need to work on consistency and what to look out for. Thanks
