“I like how they do their ordering. There is a knowledgeable person taking orders from you. They also have their pick up area set up in the drive through so that they walk to your car with your order. Exceptional customer service. You are through the long lines very quickly.“

“I recently tried the gizzards from Pete’s Chicken, and they were so good! They were cooked just right, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with really great flavor in every bite. You can tell they were made fresh and seasoned well. I also noticed the batter is lighter compared to the gizzards from Chicken Express, which made them feel less heavy but still really satisfying. Definitely hit the spot if you’re craving good comfort food. I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you’re in the mood for some good comfort food.“

“Such a wonderful experience. I had a large catering order and they were wonderful! I was absolutely blown away at the ease of things. I was worried about timing & as I walked into the location, they were ready to walk me to my car with all the meals , which is what I specifically asked for. I wanted to show up, pay, & leave due to traveling with the meals. When I arrived they assured me everything was included and they even provided me with a complimentary drink. They young ladies were also so sweet!!“

“I am both a customer and a DoorDash delivery driver; it is one of the cleanest places in the area. The food is fresh and hot. The salads are delicious, and everything is excellent. Sometimes there is a wait for the food, but I understand that the employees aren't robots and that a wait is inevitable when demand is high. It doesn't matter; I’m patient. I give it a 10/10.“

“I went into this restaurant (flour bluff) and ordered a chicken sandwich. Tap payed, received my food and left. Upon coming home I see my transaction on my cash app was declined due to the card being locked. I said. Hmmm but I got my food. How'd this happen. I called the store and tried to pay for my food. The woman who answered the phone happened to be the same woman who took my order. After explaining the situation and me wanting to make it right she happily said no sir it was only a few dollars. It's no problem. Look! To me. The way this company trains its employees and the environment is beyond amazing. She went over and beyond to not make me feel uncomfortable even tho it was completely my fault that my card was locked. Her customer service is a 10+. Not that I need free food not my rant or they should just give food away. The point is that this employee did her job and felt completely comfortable doing what she did knowing obviously the values of the company. Im really blown away and im just giving praise to the nice woman at the flour bluff location. Thank you for being nice to me, it will always be returned as in pay it forward as you did to me.“
