I love ordering on the app and picking up through drive thru or curbside. Today Megan brought out my order with a smile that brightened my day. All of my items were present and she walked away with their signature “My pleasure”. So glad this location is near me. Love the breakfast bowl!
We ate inside. Even though the restaurant was very busy, our customer service rep Jasmine was pleasant and smiled nicely. She prepared our order correct (even down to my 3/4 cup unsweetened tea with 1/4 cup sweet tea and my husband's Tom Colins-1/2 lemonade and 1/2 unsweetened tea). Maria, who also took orders was pleasant also when we asked for refills. This place has two lines of drive-thru. Two people stand at the outside menu and take your order right then and your card. By the time you get to the window there's a person standing outside the window to grab your order and hand it to you. Man talk about service
