The young man who was on drive-through was kind, courteous, and understanding. He then gave me some really useful advice about personal matters that I cherish greatly. When I asked him for his name so I can personally thank him, he gave me it but then said that it was thanks to the whole store and team, not himself. Absolutely lovely time, I will now personally drive the extra few miles just for the customer service.
