“Came in on Saturday 5/16 and it was one employee and she just got a 6 sandwich online order and apologized to me said it take a few mins I said no worries. She had customera still coming in and kept her cool.ao.e people left not wanting to wait but She did great and was still smiling. This girl needs a raise for handling the line the way she did. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions. Please address this situation. Get it fixed“

“I drive from a few towns over where there is already a Popeyes to this one because they always have excellent service. The one in my area is not nearly as good with their customers. Drove to this one today, and there was an issue with the pricing in their system. The manager made it right with a smile and I will continue to drive out of my way just to keep enjoying the food at this location!“

“This review was going to start off bad but one employee save the day. We were seated by one young kid and was told he would be right with us. After waiting 10 minutes I went to counter to place order and to ask what happened. A young lady by the name Shannon was apologizing and got us cups of ice and a 2 liter. Placed order with another lady who had no idea what she was doing. Shannon came in for the rescue and helped us with our order and helped the couple in line behind us. While we waited we witnessed this young lady take orders, cut pizza, mop up a mess, get customer at the window and answer the phone. This lady was working like she was the only employee around. She is the only reason we will return.“
