“Whataburger should be completely ashamed with themselves right now. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions. Please address this situation. Get it fixed“

“Came in on Saturday 5/16 and it was one employee and she just got a 6 sandwich online order and apologized to me said it take a few mins I said no worries. She had customera still coming in and kept her cool.ao.e people left not wanting to wait but She did great and was still smiling. This girl needs a raise for handling the line the way she did. “Emma is a true asset to Pizza Hut. Being in town visiting, I have had a couple of very long and stress filled day, so I figured I would keep things easy and just pick up a pizza for dinner. Well, not being familiar with the area - I ordered at a location 20 minutes from the one in Aransas Pass!! Emma greeted me with a smile, tried to find my online order and stepped way above and beyond by preparing my planned meal within 10 minutes. Way to make what would have been an even longer day much, much better. Excellent customer care.“

“I drive from a few towns over where there is already a Popeyes to this one because they always have excellent service. The one in my area is not nearly as good with their customers. Drove to this one today, and there was an issue with the pricing in their system. The manager made it right with a smile and I will continue to drive out of my way just to keep enjoying the food at this location!“
