“Raising Cane’s never disappoints. Every time I visit, the team is friendly, helpful, and incredibly fast. Even when there’s a line, they keep things moving and the food always comes out hot and fresh.

One thing that really stands out at this location is the management. Jorge, one of the managers, is always kind, welcoming, and helpful. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and the team. That kind of leadership really shows in how smoothly everything runs.

“They’re “passable”. Unfortunately they seem to be the best chicken around. Went in tonight and there was a lot of unnecessary chatter and grab-assing going on. Took several minutes before anyone came to the order counter to take my order and she was still carrying on a conversation over her shoulder with the help in the kitchen while I was trying to place my order. apparently they don’t check and clean the gizzards of the lining anymore if at all, I had over half of the order that still had the membrane on them. There used to be a couple of good managers at this store and the employees were on the ball but not anymore.“

“Ordered Long John Silvers. The fries were fresh, ordered 2 pieces of fish and they were very good. Have been to other locations where it’s more batter than fish so was very satisfied that it wasn’t like that. The shrimp were good but you could tell from the batter that it wasn’t fresh but other than that I loved the food!
The staff I interacted with were 2 older ladies who showed very good customer service and made my experience excellent.“

“Customer service is ok most times. Sometimes I get a smile, sometimes I get someone in a bad mood ( that’s just the younger generation sadly) but food is always amazing! I’m a regular with coming for breakfast and delivery’s. Breakfast is always 10/10 but delivery, I’m always missing an item or 2 :(. I also put an order in at 6:45 one day only to be told that their cut off time for deliveries is 7:15. Don see why they couldn’t deliver it when I ordered 30 min before. Overall I love this location. It just needs slight improvement on service and delivery accuracy.“
