“I have to give a shoutout to Saigon's Civet because I honestly think they have the best coffee in town. I drink my coffee black, so there's nothing to hide behind. If the coffee isn't good, I know it immediately. So many places have drip coffee or even espresso that ends up tasting sour to me. I've ordered Americanos at other coffee shops that had that same sour bite, and it's just not my thing. But this coffee? Rich. Bold. Smooth. Exactly how I want coffee to taste. I make a pretty great pot of coffee at home, so I'm picky, but every cup I've had here has been excellent. They roast their own beans, and you can smell it the moment you walk in. It's one of those places that immediately feels warm and inviting. The space itself is beautiful too. It's cozy without feeling cluttered, clean without feeling sterile, and has a really upscale, welcoming atmosphere. They also serve breakfast and lunch, so it's an easy recommendation whether you're grabbing a coffee, meeting a friend, or looking for a good meal. If you haven't been yet, it's absolutely worth checking out.“
