I have to give a shoutout to Saigon's Civet because I honestly think they have the best coffee in town.
I drink my coffee black, so there's nothing to hide behind. If the coffee isn't good, I know it immediately. So many places have drip coffee or even espresso that ends up tasting sour to me. I've ordered Americanos at other coffee shops that had that same sour bite, and it's just not my thing.
But this coffee? Rich. Bold. Smooth. Exactly how I want coffee to taste.

During my recent 8-day visit to Corpus Christi, I discovered Siagon's Civet Cafe, and I couldn't resist returning for coffee five times! I had the pleasure of trying their Siagon Lungo, which quickly became my favorite.
