There are several restaurants called "Jalisco", some like the Jalisco in Flour Bluff were even pleasant long ago, but when people rave about 'Jalisco's" and how good it is, they are definitely talking about the Jalisco on Cimarron. It has a really modern look to it but it's a good kind of modern. Everything is well lit and the food is great! Marisol is also a really great waitress. Super patient and always brings requested items in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend
