“Yummy Udon with beef. I get it with no veggies and squeeze lime juice on it. Dab of soy sauce and mix it all up. Its delicious! They also have great egg drop soup. I love that they play kid friendly movies. Tangled, Moana, starwars, etc. Always a good environment and friendly staff.“

“Pho D has some amazing Lo mein. The food is always delicious as it was today. However, just so people know what they’re buying the sweet and sour chicken is not your authentic sweet and sour chicken. It is check tenders. Still very good but, if your wanting sweet and sour chicken, they only have tenders.“

“Seriously delicious food! The chicken dumplings are perfection and of the four entrees we’ve tried, all have been worthy of going home wearing a smear of sauce on our shirts as badges of honor.
Service is friendly, fast, and equitable, with newcomers and regulars treated with respect and courtesy.
I was sad to see the eggplant and tofu dish rotating off the menu, but the quality of the other dishes was such that I happily dove into another tofu dish.
Anytime we visit Portland we will frequent The Rice Hat.“

“The food was, and is, always fantastic. The spicy garlic edamame, spring rolls, rainbow jalapeño dumplings and teriyaki chicken were delicious!! It's always a delight to eat there! The extensive menu is amazing, and service is always on point. Alice is so friendly and makes great menu recommendations. If you haven't been there you should plan to visit soon!!“
