Service was absolutely great. The sushi chef was very helpful and recomended a whole lot of great options. Tried some of their Japanese beers the Kirin light was a great matchup with the Palm Spring Rolls. Both recomended and the Avocado ball wich name escapes my mind was a great starter. My favorite sushi spot in Corpus Christi! Wayne and his wife Lilly, have taken much care and love and it shows! Enjoy the purple dragon roll, bluefin toro, Japanese and Santa Barbara Uni, Medai, salmon belly, and much much more!!! If you want to simply enjoy a night out in great company, ask for Kayoko! Weekend stop in CC and this was walkable to where we were staying. Even though they were busy we got seated at sushi bar. Sapporo served with cold glasses. Bento box was delicious - chicken with sesame, rice, house salad with ginger dressing, tempura vegetables and a plate of sashimi. They even included two bite size cheesecake - I love a sweet dessert to finish a meal. Server checked on us a few times.
