The ordering system is very organized, but I don't think it's the most efficient. You essentially line up in different lines based on the type of meat you want. I wanted asada and lengua but because the lines were so long, I didn't have time to wait in both lines. I opted for asada and chorizo instead. Tacos El Gordo had been on my Vegas hit list for a few years but it always seemed like too much work to Uber off strip to get it. I finally got the chance to check it out on my last trip and was glad I tried it, but wasn't super impressed. My friends all hyped this place up to us coming here. I'm glad we've came! This place is crowded and we were lucky that we've found tables for our party. Ordering is way different to any other place you've probably been to. Like there are several lines for specific types of tacos you're looking for.
